I was a little skeptical about ordering from a company I’ve never purchased from before, but they have been perfect. Fast delivery! Great prices

Ordered gunmetal matte but these are brown not grey.
Came in two pieces however the back panel is bent on both seats and doesnt match the screw holes.
Have emailed pictures and queried the returns policy.

Great price, fast delivery and amazing quality

Had great experiences with this company, have ordered a couple of items. I damaged one of my items, absolutely my fault, didn’t read the instructions properly! Contacted customer services and they were so helpful and accommodating, even though they didn’t have to be. Furniture is lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service. Needed a refund as saw the products I had purchased a lot cheaper in the Black Friday sale and it was processed quickly.

Ordered some dining chairs on their website, delivery date stated 1st December which was a week from the date I ordered. No chairs arrived on 1st December so I emailed to find out where they were and was told they are not in stock and delivery date was November 2023. The chairs are still showing as in stock and next day delivery on their website. In response to my email complaining I was told on the invoice I received after purchasing it does say Nov 2023 which I now see however you don’t tend to expect the delivery date to shift by 11 months in the 3 minutes between submitting order and receiving an email copy of an invoice and there was no “sorry there is a problem with your order” or anything or that nature simply an invoice which now on review has a small box that says delivery Nov 23.

If they’d have contacted me to say they were out of stock I’d have been more than happy to purchase elsewhere with no hard feelings but had I not have chased them up I’d never have known the chairs were out of stock and I’d have been waiting 11 months for the chairs.

Such a shame as the same chairs are the same price on b and q but I decided to support a smaller business and place the order here which has now been thrown back in my face. Won’t be using again.

The mirrored tall boy is beautiful. The packaging was fantastic, i was so nervous about it being damaged. The delivery men were beyond helpful. The order came on time, and from order to delivery was very quick.
