Do not buy from this company. Product was a piece of junk and their customer service will not respond. No human to talk to and emails not answered for weeks and only resource for return was for me to return to China which shipping was way more than what the heaters ( piece if junk) cost. Save yourself some grief. Don't purchase anything from this company. Product not usable at all due to dangerous design,if it worked which it doesn't. Then they try to negotiate how much of your money they will keep if you pay to return the items. Complete scam! Call your credit card Co or your bank and file a fraud claim.

Totally ripped me off. Sent me wrong product and can't call them.

Company is a complete fraud. They took my money, have had no communication from them. Paid £74 odd pounds for a coco chanel mademoiselle and have never caught sight of the product. After constantly emailing them, they then tell me to wait 4 weeks as thats how long the delivery takes. Waited waited waited.. much to my surprise no delivery. Emailed emailed emailed finally got a response that a new one would be dispatched, having had no communication from them I wanted proof of delivery which was never provided. Then I get another email asking if i still wanted the product a new one would be sent. After i argued my case again, that one should have already been dispatched, I have had no contact from them. Demanded a refund be issued still nothing. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. HONESTLY do not buy from them. Its been 2 months and nothing.

I ordered some Hermes Eau de toilette as a Christmas present for my husband. Only after I had paid in £ and then saw my confirmation in Euros did I have second thoughts. I am still waiting for the parcel to arrive - some 2 months after ordering. Had I known that the order would take 18 days to arrive (this is not mentioned during the ordering process) I wouldn't have bothered. After sales is hopeless, they never answer the phone and I expect my payment in excess of £60.00 is gone forever. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ORDER 2 BOTTLE OF PURFUM FROM THIS COMPANY ON THE DELIVERY PAGE ITS SAYS LOW POSTAGE DISPATCH WITHIN 5 DAYS SO I ORDERED ON THE 12TH DEC 2013 ,ON THE 19TH OF JAN 2014 I BOTTLE TURN UP EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE MEANT FOR CHRISTMAS SO EMAILED THEM TO ASK ABOUT THE OTHER AND I WAS BASICALLY TOLD U PAID CHEAP POSTAGE SO THERES NO WAY OF TRACKING NO INSURANCE SO THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT ??? IT THE 30 JAN 2013 AND STILL NOTHING DISGUSTING WILL NEVER USE AGAIN FUNNY THING IS IT CAME RECORDED DELIVERY AND I HAD TO SIGN FOR THE BOTTLE I DID GET SO THERE LYING

I ordered a bottle of Zen Perfume on the 25th November. The 18 business days passed. I then wrote a review on this website. They emailed me to tell me that they have issued me with a refund that takes 5 to 7 business days. This has now passed. I still do not have my refund. They have not replied to my emails and their phone lines are now ringing and then cut off after 8 rings.
I have reported them to Internet Fraud Office who hopefully will be investigating them soon.
I have also reported them to my credit card company.
Please do not waste time with this company. Report it to 0300 123 2040. It is free phone number. The Action Fraud Office advised me to make their number available on this website. The more people that report them , the quicker they will be investigated.
