Same as below. On the website you cant even buy mop pads on their own. Yet when you complain they say I ordered the pads, not the mop. Stay away.

Fraud. I purchased a rechargeable mop. Never received it and they advise I only bought the scrubbers although the order clearly said I bought the whole thing. Hideous fraud. Saw the ad on instagram. Horrible

I also bit on an ad showing the Cordless Rechargeable Electric Mop and only received pads(was written in small print under the mop description & appeared the mop CAME WITH scrubber pads). After I complained about the deceitful ad & fraud, Wang Wan offered a partial refund plus a discount on the mop itself. Ok, but when I told him to go ahead he kept asking me for an order number as a stalling tactic, hoping I would go away. My last email to him (last week) was that unless he processed the order & provided shipping info by Monday, was going to file fraud charges with Facebook & my bank plus tell people on their website not to buy ANYTHING from them. The response I got last night was "have a nice day"!!??!!

These are dishonest, deceitful, greedy people. RUN - DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE ORDERING!

I too ordered from these FAKE SCAMMERS. Their last word to me was I only ordered the pads. What!!!!! Why would I order pads and not the mop? And pay that much for something I have no use for? After going back and forth with them, reporting them to the BBB, my states attorney general nothing can be done. They'll continue to rip people off and commerce will do nothing but put them on a watch list. Lesson learned.

They did the same thing to me they I ordered the rechargeable mop for $30 and all they send me where the pads I tried to get money back and they wouldn't give me anything so I paid $30 for $2 pads this company is a complete scam

This company is a thief. They only sent me the discs and after 20 email exchanges with Wang he bluntly says there is no refund. Their website said fully refundable! I saw their ad in instagram so Facebook and Instagram advertisement should stop this company from advertising.

The sponges are probably $2 and they charged me for mop. I also noticed they took the photo of the mop off of my receipt.

Ordered the cordless mop never got the mop only the pads for the mop. Got ripped off.wrote to them numerous times and never received an answer

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered 2 things and never received my order. People if youre smart you wont order anything from this company ever!! They took my money and I didn't get anything. I wrote twice and nothing. One of my emails didn't even go through

I only got the disks in the mail, not any way to track my order or get a legit customer service number. The email is invalid.

the 1 rating is being kind spend the whole website describing the mop but you are buying the pads also so light but charge you 6.99 to post from England keep your money dont waste it
