I have been using Lifetime Capital, specifically Joe and Bobbie, over the last 6 years with several mortgage/re-mortgage applications. They are knowledgeable and responsive, but most importantly pro-active - contacting me, without prompt, when rates change in my favour.

More recently Rob Williams has helped me secure a Life Insurance policy, which was a challenging ask owing to my medical history - I am a Type 1 Diabetic with related complications. Rob was patient, thorough and persistent in his attempts to secure a policy.

As a first time buyer, he was very responsive to all my questions about the process. His knowledge and efficiency made the whole process so smooth.

For my recent remortgage, which was trickier due to paying off the help to buy equity loan, him and Bobbie Tobias, were brilliant. Especially in a changing interest rate environment, they were very helpful and patient in getting the best deal and supporting me through the cumbersome process of sorting out the help to buy equity loan with Homes England.
