Lifetime Kidsrooms' slogan is 'We Build. You Relax.' Expecting a premium experience, in reality I had three teams (six men) come to my home over a three week period to attempt to build the bed. Missing parts, the wrong instructions, the wrong tools, it was a comedy of errors which ended when I eventually took over the build myself to save my son’s bedroom from permanent 'construction site' status. I found the service provided by Lifetime Kidsroom throughout the process hands off and dismissive and having no regard for the disruption. The company refunded the install fee but refused to acknowledge the massive disruption to my family, with staff becoming rude when challenged.

Less solid than we hoped.

We have two beds from two brands: one Lifetime and one Bobita.

Our 10-year-old daughter sleeps in the Bobita high sleeper. The pieces feel sturdy and the bed is very solid overall.

For our 5-year-old son we bought a Lifetime high sleeper. We expected it to feel more premium, but it’s noticeably less solid than the Bobita. The Lifetime bed also feels a bit unstable and wobbly. For now it’s okay, but I’m concerned it won’t be suitable as he gets older and heavier.

The bed was assembled by the seller, so I don’t think this is an installation issue.

End to end fantastic service. The kids bedroom shifted from a sleeping place into a lifestyle area. It wasn’t apparent that we could piece together different parts. Make sure to check their design tool.

We just received our bed from Lifetime kidsroom and are extremely happy with our purchase - both the product and extraordinary customer service.

The materials and craftsmanship are very high quality, and we love that the bed is modular, so can grow with our child.

Charlotte has been very kind, responsive, helpful, and gave good advice on the bed that suited our needs.

Really nice product with great instructions for building. Bought the 120 beach hut bed and really pleased. Delivery was great too.

Just wanted to send a big thanks to the lifetime beds customer service especially Sophie. We own two lifetime beds and the kids love them. Unfortunately one of the beds broke and I reached out to the customer service team. I had no receipts just a photo. They came through for me and were able to ship me the replacement parts to Dubai (bed bought in Germany). I highly recommended them for their high quality beds and great after service care.
