I just wanted to share my experience from today’s Sukshma Sharira mirror practice.
Yesterday, I did the 7 chakra healing only once, but today during the Sukshma Sharira activation, I had a very beautiful experience. I could clearly visualize my subtle body and all the 7 chakras with their colors.
My intention is to become a healer, and I am consciously manifesting that path. After completing the 7 steps, when I closed my eyes, I could see only vibrant multicolors—nothing else.
My heart, body, and senses feel extremely light and peaceful. I felt deeply connected and just wanted to share this with you, Sir.
