I have been completely ripped off...
I ordered two mats, buy 1 get 1 half price, so £187.50. Expensive, but you often get what you pay for. One mat was tried out and found to mark excessively. I complained and found out that this is a known fault due to the materials used.
It would have been nice if this was mentioned on the web site so I could have made an informed choice, but I can understand why it isn't I was allowed to return both mats, so thumbs up for customer service, but....
I was only refunded £47.50, so I have lost an unbelievable £140 for returning two items. I asked why, but there is no reply.
I have now received the rest of my refund, minus a £30 charge. I guess Liforme have refunded as per the guidance on the website, but it was harder and more drawn out than it should have been. The charge of £30 levied for returning goods which were not as described seems wrong.
My advice is find somebody who has one and try before you buy to avoid the problems I had.

Delivery etc was fine but mat is very thin (I ordered a travel mat to be able to transport easily to class), very expensive for what it actually is. I had wanted a Lifeforme mat for a long tine and I can honestly say I wish I hadn't bought it. Pattern and colour looks cheap as though it could rub off. Very easy to stain or tear. Have used it four or five times and every time the mat ruched up, does not sit flat on the floor. Find it very difficult to move around on the mat, especially for yin yoga when using socks. Too thin for me especially when compared to other travel mats I have which are 3 times the thickness. In my opinion not worth the money I paid.

I have been trying to contact liforme for a week - so I can return my mats under 30 day return , just keep getting basic emails saying we are looking into it , but no option to return.really poor customer service; no phone number option .Can see from reading other reviews customer service is very slow to respond.Over a week and still trying to return my mats.

First experience with liforme a great one customer service was firstly detailed AI closely followed up by a human just to check and confirm which was a delightful touch
Products are great and bundles and offers are fab too

I totally agree with someone else’s comment on here. The grey mat is actually black. Yes it has a good grip but it is so thin that it is very uncomfortable to kneel on it is probably the worst matter that I’ve ever had even a cheap Marks & Spencer‘s mat had better cushioning than this for the very high cost. I expected a better product very disappointed. But your case you can buy an extra kneepad for £45, absolute ridiculous.

Lifeforme makes the best Yoga Mat available for today’s needs. Works well in a traditional Yoga practice, as well as in a Warrior Sculpt, Hot Pilates and HIIT workout. Super versatile and a I never lose grip. The sweat absorbs, then dries after I clean the mat. I wont use any other mats.

I ordered myself a yoga mat in the Black Friday promotion. It was tracked and went missing in transit. After 10 days I got a bit fed up waiting and emailed Liforme. Their customer service despatched another one that arrived next day, no quibble. The mat itself is fab, expensive but worth it 👌

Sadly I’m having to come to trustpilot to get some kind of response for them.
I ordered 2 standard size rainbow yoga mats pink and blue. On buy on get one half price.
Really quick delivery received a week ago.
But when I opened the package it had a blue travel mat as opposed to a standard size. Really crest fallen as it was a gift for my friend (the pink for me)
I emailed liforme straight away (Friday afternoon) thinking I’d not hear back till Monday. But to my surprise the reply came back Saturday asking for photos I responded straight away. Yet again a quick reply to say as it was there error they would sort out a return process for the travel mat.
So we could get the correct mat sent out!.
YAY really happy thinking I’d get my friends mat to her before the day I’d planned to give it to her.
Then nothing no returns info! So Tuesday I emailed……and Wednesday……and Thursday…….and now(today) Friday……not even an automated response.
Can’t find a phone number anywhere either.
They have had my money for over a week.
This is there warehouse error and not my fault. It should be a priority as I have asked In every email I’ve sent.
Not to mention the time I’ve spent chasing this up.
Having to resort to Trustpilot to get a response……..still waiting
I won’t be recommending this company to anyone. Which is a shame as the pink mat is really really lovely. I’m sure the blue one will be if it ever comes.
Come on LIFORME get your act together

The ordering was easy, the delivery was challenging (delivery company not Liforme)but sorted out by the excellent customer service at Liforme, in particular Kate.
The mat itself, is lovely. It feels soft, non slip, good length and width. The markings are great to help with alignment.
The sustainability aspect is important to me too and with that prices can be higher. Well worth the cost.
I researched a number of companies online and this one stood out.

I purchased a €150 LIFORME mat that arrived with a defect, which was disappointing at first. However, the customer service team handled the situation professionally and kindly, and we agreed on a partial discount that I really appreciated.
I own four LIFORME mats and, as a yoga teacher, I regularly recommend this brand to my students because of the excellent grip, alignment system, and overall quality. Despite this isolated issue, my experience with LIFORME has been very positive.
