Again From China

Again From China. The Chinese don't have any idea what a large size is. I usually wear a XL not sure how they gaged sizes so I ordered a 2XL and it still didn't fit. I also ordered a 5XL for someone else and I could not fit in it. I have been trying to make sure that the things don't come from China because, of the size problem. I got fooled this time.

Don’t waste your money I kept asking…

Don’t waste your money I kept asking for my money back as these were rubbish material and cheap nasty products. Too small for size . They kept trying to give me 20% back and keep the item , like that’s going to be any good. They take ages to arrive. Waste of money for cheap nasty rubbish !

Do not buy from this company Great…

Do not buy from this company,Great photos on their website. Poor quality,wrong sizes, If you want to return something they make excuses every time you send a email. Their return policy basically is none existent, With no return labels.It will cost you £12 to send a parcel back to China! Stay clear of this company.😡

Do not order! Items have an incorrect size and come up too short. Great if your a very very short person. They basically won't refund items

I ordered 2 items

I ordered 2 items, one which turned out not to be even remotely close to the description and the other slightly too big. Contacted customer services and after some back and forth we managed to sort things out! Thank you for your assistance! Got a return on the one item and partial on the other. I am happy about that. I would suggest they be a lot more accurate with their description of the items they sell.

2 items in order, 1 delayed for weeks. Ordered two items at the same time

Ordered two items at the same time. One delivered, the other not even picked and packed. Requested a refund for the 2nd item. LitB customer service refused refund and while apologetic used a fake excuse about a worsening covid situation. Offered 10 usd discount on 30 usd order within 6 weeks. If the seller cannot deliver, on time, it should accept a refund request.

Have ordered here several times now. Items do take a little longer than normal to arrive usually 3-4 weeks. BUT the prices for the quality is amazing! The designs are like no other some really unique bits. Have since downloaded the app and order weekly!

Avoid at all costs, poor quality, and no option to return as returning to China and would cost as much as the garment to return they suggested I give it to a friend AVOID AVOID AVOID

Poor quality, lousy customer service.

Bought a jumper from them and when it arrived it was poor quality, threads pulled and misshapen. Wrote and told them I did not want it and asked for a refund. They offered me a 75% refund and I was to keep the item. I said no, I want all my money back. They said to send it back to China at my expense. I had bought using PayPal. Raised a complaint with PayPal who refunded me the whole amount. Happy with that.

3D clothes, wrong size and clearly used

3D clothes ordered in medium. They arrived as xxxl sizes. Print faded. One is mis-shapen and clearly worn. This one had no care label or tag attached, the other had already had its label cut in half to remove the size info.
Have emailed them several times with no response......

Product wrong size...

It advertised it fitted my Garmin Felix 5S watch. Really looking forward to recieving it and when it came it was the wrong size. No response from customer services.
