Easy to search the website for the EXACT bulb!

Easy to search the website for the EXACT bulb that I needed for a tabletop Santa display - 24v, 3w, candelabra base (E12), but smaller than a night light bulb. Only needed 3 - bulb price was very reasonable, unfortunately shipping doubled the price. Oh well, life is good with the RIGHT lightbulb!

Great company to work with

I needed to replace an older light bulb and learned that what I had is no longer manufactured. The lady I spoke with suggested an LED and gave me info as to what I may need to do in the future should other bulbs go out. The entire interaction as professional and pleasant. And, the light bulb arrived quite quickly.

Michael in Customer Service was Very Helpful

One of the two bulbs I received initially was defective, so I was concerned about inserting the second bulb. But I spoke with a young man in Customer Service, Michael, who was very reassuring. Bottom line: the second bulb is fine and Michael arranged to have the defective bulb replaced promptly. Michael is an excellent representative of your company. I hope he is recognized and rewarded appropriately. (I spent my career in HR and know how important it is to recognize and reward excellent job performance.)
