I want to thank Zakhar from the bottom of my heart for his help during such a difficult and stressful situation. My Amazon KDP account was blocked, and it came as a real shock to me. It held my books—the fruit of five years of hard work—and at one point, it seemed as though everything might be lost. I was incredibly anxious; I didn't know how to properly respond to Amazon, what evidence to prepare, or how to handle the situation at all.
Zakhar helped me calmly sort everything out, skillfully formulate my position, draft the right response, and avoid making mistakes driven by emotion.
And most importantly—my account has been reinstated!
