Never received a hundred and fifty dollar order.No customer service available

Been trying to reach their customer service for 5 months now regarding a hundred and fifty dollar order I placed that I never received. Ihave left multiple messages on the only phone number I have ever found and never gotten a call back. Written many emails, they were responding at first until I told them that I had an order i never received. Then they stopped responding to me at all. I even paid extra for the shipping insurance that was a complete waste.

Old product bad Customer Service

Old product, bad customer service. I received my product within a week, the same day I reached out to customer service and told them that product was old hard and dried out. Instead of offering a replacement they gave me excuses and told me I was lying. I contacted manufacture and they confirmed that product should not be like that, confirmed that product was old. I got back with lighterusa customer service and they doubled down and said I was wrong. Simple fix just replace product with fresh product. Last purchase at Lighter USA due to customer service and they could care less.
