I've been a very satisfied customer for 3 years--- and being a 'senior citizen', I'm no neophyte when it comes to utilizing commercial storage over the years in a variety of locations.
I checked-out several storage places in the Oceanside area before selecting Lighthouse's Oceanside facility. It was an easy choice. They were competitively priced and superior in facility amenities and cleanliness! And if that wasn't enough, I quickly realized the management/staff team there was par excellence!! And while there's been a few staff changes, the professional quality-level continues without a hiccup.
Over a year ago, I moved temporarily(?) to Texas. Subsequently, one of my granddaughters in Texas went to Oceanside to visit a few relatives. I gave her my Unit's key and a LH-O'Side biz card so she could retrieve a few items for me. She said it went like clockwork!

Carla is a perfect representation for this facility. She is kind, courteous and professional. She took the time to show us our options. The facility is clean and well lit. Hand trucks are available to make moving in and out easy. They even have a moving truck available free of charge when moving the big stuff! Just replace the gas. And of course it is within a certain mile radius that you get it for free.
Climate controlled, clean, safe and easy access were important to us and Lighthouse hit them all. We are extremely happy with our choice.

Great service and a new building. Beats the competition.
