Not only is the Location very convenient, but the girls in the office have been so very helpful and accommodating.
The building and units are very clean.
Its been a very good experience.

So… I went to every self storage facility in Whittier, La Habra area. 80% of them I, found to be filthy 99.9% I, found to have horrible customer service. Until I came across Light House Self Storage. I, called the office she answered the phone the first time I called (their competitor answer the phone the second or third time I called) She was patient, she walked me through their Operation hours, Unit locations etc. needless to say I rented here because customer service, location and cleanliness are very important when renting a storage unit. Great job ladies and thanks again for taking the time to answer all of my questions. Hands-down the best Self Storage in Whittier.

Good service, 2 month half price discount and a very clean and safe place to keep things that are important to you. Feel that the things i stored are secure and that was most important to me.

Andrea and Jennifer are truly an asset to the business. They are both very knowledgeable and efficient in their job duties. The facility is always clean and secure very comfortable knowing your items are safe.

Light in the storage would be nice, some trash bins ( for normal small trash) also
Conveniently placed on the left side of the elevator. Your ladies at the desk could be more willing to help/work with the customer.

This storage place is exactly what we were looking for. The customer service is great.

This is the negative situation that happened, the first day we were moving in...

When we were moving in, there were only two carts available after office hours. We had to return our fully loaded van within an hour. There was a guy moving things out so he was using one cart, the other cart was occupied by a tenant that was using it as a table/seat so she can sort out her unit. I kindly asked her if I can use the cart since she wasn’t using it for actually moving things but using it as a table to sort through her things. She kept telling me there was another cart, which I already told her was being occupied by another tenant. She refused to give up the cart and ignored me until I told her that I would report her to management that she was abusing the use of the cart and that she could be evicted. Now I dont even know if thats a rule but it should be. It was very inconsiderate of her and the fact that she always does this, (info from the other guy using the other car) I’m wondering if anyone else has complained about her.

Anyways besides that, overall I love the convenience of it and the friendliness/ helpfulness of the staff.

Andrea was most helpful and considerate.............. have used storage places many times over the years and she has to be #1
