Convenient, professional, excellent

I have had this storage unit for years. I must say I have been through several management teams. I have seen improvement with in the last few months. The grounds are kept clean now. If I have any issues they are addressed rapidly.

I had my stuff there almost a year and so far so good manger is very sweet and nice!

I made an appointment over the phone was told the rate and online said 50% off for 2 months. Then he asked my age and said I qualified for another 10% off senior discount. Went to the place in Oceanside for the appointment. He refused to honor the 50% off for 2 months AND said there is no senior discount. He said it was the discretion of the manager. I WALKED OUT!!! WAY to expensive for that part of Oceanside.

Just started storing a travel trailer here. So far so good. Courteous and responsive service.

Very Secure, Clean & Great Customer Service

When I first went to the facility to reserve a storage, the woman working wasn’t too friendly. She wasn’t rude but it seemed like she was just eh, like she didn’t care for her job but had to be there. When I went in on my move in day, the guy working was awesome!!! He was so helpful and friendly and it seemed like he wanted to be there. I forgot his name but thanks for being great!

July and August was the hottest to moved all of our things in the storage but those people in charge in the office are very nice and very helpful.

The place was clean the staff was welcoming and capable. They take the security that protects my vehicle seriously without being restrictive. They were available and helpful every time I had a question. I will certainly use that facility again.

We called, only to find out the rates for a trailer parking space. The woman insisted on making us a 'reservation'. I explained that we didn't even own a trailer yet, we only wanted rates. She was very pushy and signed us up. I got tired of arguing with her. She said it would simply expire if we didn't use it.
For two weeks, it reminded us of our 'move in day'. Emails came in regularly. I tried to write back and get off the list. No response. Then we were emailed that we had 'missed our move in date'. And now we are supposed to review it.
Here's my review.... quote me the damn rate. Do not insist on signing me up for a space I don't want. If your employee only gets paid based on spaces reserved, then stop that. Even if we buy a trailer later, we sure as heck won't go with Lighthouse Storage, or anyone in that system.
Good customer service means giving me the price, and accepting that I was asking before I needed it. A good price and no hassle would have been better than being sucked into a system that I couldn't opt out of.
There, maybe they will take me off the list now.

Excellent prices,Great employees,safe and secure,lots of cameras watching your unit 27/7.monthly deals,its just as they say on their website,book the unit,and then come in and move in,ITS THAT EASY!.no fuss,you dont have to do paperwork for 30 minutes here,its soo simplE and easy here,you can do it online.

I've been with Lighthouse Self Storage in Oceanside for 6 months and have nothing but outstanding service amd support from them.
