Wish i could give minus stars ordered a lampshade on 1st of march got an email 5 weeks later saying they didnt stock it anymore i asked for refund instead of alternative but have had no response or refund after contacting several times phone doesnt work either stay away rip off

We bought a bathroom light, which looks really smart - it was even supplied with gloves to fit it with, so that the chrome finish wasn’t dirtied by fingerprints. No problems at all with service received & delivery, the light was also the cheapest we could find online. Would buy from this company again.

I ordered an outside wall light. After a week they told me it was not in stock. I asked for a refund and after waiting almost a month I chased it up only to find that the refund had not been done. Still waiting. Not impressed at all.

I was shopping around and I found the lights I was looking for much cheaper on the Lighting and Lights website than a number of other online retailers. It was my first time buying from them and overall a great experience. Sonia was great to deal with after I'd made an error on my order and she sorted it out very quickly. Items arrived in good time and really well packaged. Would have no qualms recommending this company.

Fantastic range of products on the site. I was nervous about buying lights online, but the service and delivery were fantastic. Great sales team, when I called they were able to give me a dispatch date and check a query on my order. Product was very good quality and arrived well packaged within 4 days (an improvement would be to try to reduce the amount of polystyrene).

Please be wary of this company.

They failed to deliver an order I had placed for almost 2 months (even after I had written to them about this), then failed to accept a return - in breach of both the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contract Regulations which make it a legal requirement to offer a reasonable return period.

The company then threatened to sue me for defamation if I shared my experience in an online review!

The products you will find here are available from many other sellers. Shop elsewhere and support small businesses who aren't likely to take your money and not provide the goods/ service you have paid for.
