We experienced excellent service. We we’re trying to use a discount code for our online purchase which wouldn’t work, on phoning Lighting R Us to discuss this, they immediately sent a personalised code to use, apart from this ordering online was easy. Our delivery instructions were followed fully and communication from ordering to delivery was excellent. The wall mirror we ordered was very well packaged. Price was very competitive.
Would highly recommend this company.

A good product
A good product. Took quite a longtime to be delivered and had far more packaging than was needed - A good secure and well fitting box was then put into a box 4 times the size of the product box and filled with extra packing.

Firstly, the web page is extremely easy to follow. Important product information was instantly accessible. Very important to a 76 year old.
Once I had made my choice I called the company to ask an individual question. I spoke to Mandy, who, in turn contacted the makers. Within 15mins Mandy came back with my answer.
I was passed to Emma who placed my order for me. Order arrived with 48 hours, at no cost.
One of the wall lights was faulty so made contact again. This time I spoke to Piera who contacted the makers. The replacement arrived at 11 am the following day. Unbelievable quality service, delivered by very helpful staff.
