Bad service

I ordered a 1 piece and bikini set in the sale and spent over £100, a couple other days later Sian emailed me to let me know the top was out of stock. I asked her to refund the bottoms too as needed a whole set. 1 week later I get a response and was told when the one piece was despatched I'd receive a refund. Another 2 weeks go by and I haven't recieved the goods or the refund. It's taken a further 3 days of emails, ig messages and comments to get a response which was very frustrating! You can't just keep someone's money and not supply the goods they ordered without an explanation.

Great customer service!

I ordered from the lounge wear collection but unfortunately my item had a fault in the fabric. When I emailed about returning and supplied photos of the fault I was told to keep the item. The customer service was outstanding, I received a full refund and now have a house hoody for the cold winter nights! I would however add that the seam quality isn't as expected but I'd rather pay more for living wage garment workers items than buy the same quality item in a supermarket for half the price. The material is lovely though and I would have worn the item out if it wasn't for the fabric fault.

Postage costs are ridiculous

£5.50 for delivery and £4.50 to return. Only shop here if you're confident that it'll fit, you'll like it etc. I've paid £10 to receive and return a poorly fitting bikini. Massive shame because I thought the brand would be more supportive of ordering multiple sizes and getting the fit just right.
