Order said 5-10 days. That was a month ago.I didn’t get a purchase receipt until I emailed.they said I would get package tracking soon.which I did not.and now they won’t respond.took €88 from me and I have gotten nothing.
They are either scammers or terrible at running a business

These lights only lasted 4 days before they complete fried.

Ordered on March 12th - now its April 25th. Haven’t gotten a package or a order confirmation Mail in over a Month. Only after I reached out to them over Instagram I recieved an order confirmation Mail and tracking number on the next day. The Tracking Status hasn’t updated from “Recieved Package Data” in over 2 Weeks and they aren’t responding to any of my messages.

I have just installed Lightsup bulbs on my old Toyota last night and they are a life changer. My old and ineffective headlights light up the road probably better than my Lexus tripple beam LEDs. 😳

Before installing I had some doubts:
1) I didn't want to ruin the retro look of the car with some blueish leds;
2) I didn't want any glare on other drivers.
But gladly, it's adjustable (color and power) and on 33% power and 33% yellow it's just perfect.

Just completed a 100km night road-trip and noone flashed me, while I could see the road much much better.

My only issue is that high beams cannot be adjusted and they are REALLY strong (imagine a ledbar lighting up the road), so when there is a car coming from ahead, even if you turn them off instantly the driver probably feels like he had been thrown a flash granade on him. 😅 But low lights are actually enough even on the interstate, so I'm really happy with the purchase and will definitely buy them for all of my older cars. 😍

The delivery took too long! Almost one month

Waiting 2-3 months now still not had anything, stopped replying to emails or messages can’t message on instagram guys a scammer .

I ordered e36 corner lights and fog lights in September 2025 still haven’t gotten the package or an update on my order. Tried to reach out multiple times but haven’t heard anything back.

Really sad to write a negative review of Lightsup, I've been trying to email them for the better half of this year to find out about my e36 taillights which never shipped after being ordered in February. I got one reply in August saying "Hey 👋 omg yes that's was super long time ago:O you still don't get them?? Will check what happen"
But then received no further updates. Previously my order of Turn Signals and Fog Lights with them went flawlessly so I don't know what went wrong and why they aren't replying to me.

Terrible service – Order cancelled after threats of dispute
Ordered LED bulbs on Dec 12 promising 2-5 day delivery. After 10+ days with no shipment, support assured Christmas arrival—then total silence despite follow-ups.

Final email warning of bank dispute led to abrupt cancellation and refund. Unreliable shipping and zero communication.

Found them on Instagram, ordered a pair of lights from the Netherlands, got an email confirming the postal company knew the package was coming, but then I didn’t hear from them for a couple of weeks, called lightsup, didn’t get answered at first but got a mail the same morning, lightsup confirmed they were on their way, the courier had yet to deliver them to the postal company, next day got a mail the postal company received them and the usual process went on after that, received them and installed them with ease, they are a great visibility enhancer on my classic Porsche while keeping the warm looks. Would recommend!

Absolutely amazing product! I came across a TikTok video showing these light bulbs and just had to try them. I was a bit worried it might be a scam, but wow — they turned out even better than I imagined! 🤩

I ordered lights for over a month and still not got any confirmation that it has been shipped. Have tried to send mail, but still no answer.

Shipping Took way too Long, After 2 emails and 2 TikTok Message your replied to me After a Week and a Half and shipped the Package 1 MONTH After the Order out

Still have a Problem with the Produkt but guess What. Ur Not Answering

After almost 3 months didnt received any products. Comunication is really bad. They almost dont respond to your emails. I do really hope this ends in a good way, but I doubt it sadly.

Haven’t received any updates regarding my purchase since July it’s mid September and all my email enquires get ignored.

I’ve ordered a pair of Nissan S14 Kouki Front Sequential turn lights - complete kit they never came in my mail ordered in May. I’ve tried to email you guess on instagram and sending emails getting no updates on the product. Very poor service
 

Had a product of mine damaged and Lights up. worked with me well to get a replacement to keep my car looking good!
