We cancelled order placed in July 2024 since it was taking over 3 months to ship. We cancelled in September 2024 asked for refund, still waiting.

Never ever got what I ordered

Never ever got what I ordered. I placed the order for confirmation and they hit my card for the amount. Placed the order early Dec. When they took my order and money then I never heard from them again. I kept trying to contact them and always was sent to live chat just to be lied to about when to expect my order. After three times trying they finally quit responding to me. The only thing I can come up with this is a SCAM. Please do not get involved with these people.

If I could give a negative number I would. Never received product. Asked for a cancel. They cancelled it three times before finally cancelling it and then sent thru that it was cancelled but didn’t credit card. Finally got the credit back from my credit card company. Please don’t order through this company.

please DO NOT ORDER from this company

I should have searched the reviews for the website before placing my order. if i could give 0 that is what this company deserves .I ordered a coffee table in oct 10 never got it . They never shipped them out. Contacted customer service several times, they either didn't respond, or pretended they will look at it in a couple of hours. Eventually i asked them to cancel the order and refund me, also never happened. I had to dispute the payment to my credit card company . please do not order. Emerson Cooke is a total liar .

SCAM!!

SCAM!!

Multiple email inquiries regarding failure to receive my product, led to false assurance replies from ‘CEO’ Emerson Cooke, that tracking would be provided ‘soon’. 10 weeks since order, no product, no refund as demanded. Credit Card chargeback initiated. Company is NOT BBB rated as did not pass the vetting process. TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY!

Total scam of a company. Ordered a mirror as they had the best price.

Took multiple times to get in contact with someone who just gave me a false ship date.

Can't get them to respond now. Doing a credit card charge back.

Please beware of this company

Please beware of this company. I placed an order for several items from Arteriors and one from Worlds Away and only received the Worlds Away bench. I got confirmations and expected delivery dates that were reasonable. When delivery of the Anterior items didn’t happen I emailed, live chatted and left many voicemails. I got continual false promises of delivery dates
and eventually got an email telling me that they would refund my money. They did not issue the refund and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I have gotten my 11,000 dollars back from the Credit card company but Emerson Cooke used my money from June until October. I tried repeatedly requesting them to call me and work this out. Emerson left me no choice but to file a dispute. I repeat please beware of this company.

RUN!

RUN! Like everyone else I ordered a light and never got any information. Reached out after 2.5 weeks and they said the light was running 2-4 weeks and would provide an update. Never got an update. Reached out multiple times for an update and nothing. It's been over 6 weeks and I can't get a response.

Ordered a light in July 2023. Paid
Lighttrends $375. Never received light. Got excuses when I chatted with them - “back order”, “shipping next week”, etc. I requested a refund and the excuse is now that “we are Processing your refund”. Emerson will no longer respond to my chat when I reach out to see where my refund is. Have never had a company just take my money. Wish I’d read the reviews before I dealt with them. Be careful.

Scam Artists! Over a year of promising delivery of a vanity. Then said they would credit my card and never did. Now they have dissapeared. I was even corresponding with the Owner. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering

I wish I had looked at this website before ordering through Lighttrends. Same experience as other people. Ordered an Arteriors accent stool ion 4/28, was told it would ship in a few days. It never shipped. A month later I was told it was “definitely” shipping within 3 days. Again, never shipped, Six weeks go by and Emerson (who claims to be the “President” — but on Linkedin his profile shows he just graduated from college and works there part time in data entry, and is currently looking for a job) tells me it will ship “tomorrow” — but when I asked for a tracking number he ghosted me. Another week goes by and I called Arteriors and they said they do not have an order under my name. This business is a scam! DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM! I hope these fraudsters get sued and go bankrupt.

Very Happy! Best Prices! Great Support!

I am a designer and have been making purchases for over three years. You cannot beat the prices! I am very happy and have had excellent support when there have been issues. I see a lot of reviews here complaining about timing but I know I get some products in less than a week but extra large chandeliers and furniture I know can take a up to month when things ship by truck. I just received an Arteriors Tilda chandelier really amazing. They said it will ship in about 4 weeks and it did. Then took 5 days travel time to Mass. with a delivery appointment. What really makes it for me is the live chat help. I get live help at all hours, really excellent tech support.
