It is refreshing to have a company that…

It is refreshing to have a company that has a direct call number on their website and an English service centre. I called the service centre and got through to Jack he quickly understood my issues (which was a third party led low level strip light switched by a Lightwave dp switch) and instructed me in to how I can fix the problem. Jack was very knowledgeable and polite, I can’t rate Lightwave high enough brilliant products brilliant service. Well done to all in the Lightwave company.

Really great response from Dylan

Really great response from Dylan. He arranged a call to discuss my problem and when it couldn't be quickly resolved he helped me source the replacement parts.

The full experience from start demo to consultation to purchase and post sales is fantastic. Dave is an expert, very knowledgeable and has been a guide on helping to identify the right solutions. Lighting set-up problem

A lighting set-up issue was sorted remotely by Dylan in a matter of minutes.Dylan explained where I should look for a permanent solution. Excellent service.

Eve was amazing

I rang up lightwave today to sort out one of my switches i accidentally deleted. I spoke to a lady called EVE what was amazing and really helpful. And reset it all back up for me . What im truly grateful for

Failed 3 gang light switch

I had a 3 gang light switch that stopped working, it was about 16 months old. I spoke to Dylan in support and he gave me some advice about the switch and arranged for me to return the switch. A week later he has just informed me the replacement is on the way to me. Many thanks to Dylan for sorting the issue.

Excellent customer service

I needed to return a faulty dimmer switch and was really impressed with the customer service I received, especially from Eve. The responses were quick and very helpful and as soon as they received the faulty switch they sent me a new one. Eve even offered to talk me through the process of fitting it! Great company and great products.

Recommended Company

Have a number of lightwave products in our home and find them easy to use and reliable. When we had an (singular) issue their customer service rep Dylan was extremely helpful and had us sorted with a replacement in no time. Great products, great customer service, Great company, highly recommend.
