It doesn't even warrant one star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR LIGHTZEY. I didn't receive a confirmation of my order and although it did arrive, it is very poor quality. They charge you to return it AND A 10% DISCOUNT on your refund for restocking. I never do negative reviews but felt I must stop people from using these online stores. I am disputing it with my bank and putting reviews anywhere that I can. Funnily enough, you can't review them on their website!

Ordered a light on the 3rd November. Can’t get hold of anybody. The tracking says it’s been stuck in customs in London for well over 2 weeks now. wish I’d looked at trust pilot before placing an order!

This is a nightmare company to deal with I have been waiting many weeks for some lights - spent £220 and all I get is repeat duplicate emails promising delivery in 3-5 days but it never happens .
My goods were apparently in customs on 28th November after weeks getting here - and no movement at all . They would not let me cancel . I am still waiting . DO NOT TOUCH THEM

Its over a year now since i returned the lightss and you are still asking Klarna which is now Lowell to chase me for £105. How shameless it this- you get your lights back (very poor quality by the way) which were nothing like the photo on the website and you still want me to pay Klarna ( now Lowell £105) What is that called if not deceit and greed?
Today i got an email to contact LOWELL AFTER I HAVE EXPLAINE MYSELF OVER AND OVER AGAIN I RETURNED THE PARCEL OVER 1 YEAR AGO

I thought this company was in the UK, I read the reviews on here after purchasing! Really surprised when the light turned up at all over 2 weeks later. The light looks fine when up but doesn't work properly, sometimes responds to the remote and sometimes doesn't. Remote looks really cheap. Would send it back if it wasn't directly from China and it sounds like you don't get your money back. At £55 its enough to loose but thank goodness I didn't pay as much as some people have lost! I would recommend NOT using this company. I will research better in future!

Ordered a floor lamp costing 140 pounds lamp arrived 1 month late then only lasted 3 months before failing to work any more. Customer service is a waste of time just keep asking for a video of me trying to turn the light on, I MEAN SERIOUSLY. Avoid if you value your hard earned cash.

Good look with returns, this company has offered 30% of the refund value.
Item is in un-used in the original box.

LIGHTZEZ is a complete scam. I ordered a lamp which arrived with almost a month delay. It arrived broken. The customer service replies to you get the lamp, then stops replying.
The quality is cheap.
I am trying to get a refund and they are not answering. DO not order from them.

Be very careful buying from this company the light are cheap imports from China, mine came without CE sticker telling me its not suitable for the uk. The connections are sub standard and the wire coming off them are below the UK wire standard for lighting. I am in the process of trying to get my money back but once they have your money they do not reply to emails.
