PLEASE DO NOT USE

I ordered what I believed was a chair but it turned out to be the chair cover only, (my mistake) I wanted to return the item, however this will cost the same price to return to China through Evri as it was to purchase?. They offered a reward to me (?) if I keep the cover or a partial refund of 30%, this is not enough plus their email looks really dodgy that came through to me as a reply - be careful it's not worth getting scammed for and returns are made impossibe

Model not match

I ordered a dress looking amazing on their model. It is A-line dress with very large skirt and tea length. I had no patience to receive it. Unfortunately I received dress that looks same on the top but very slim skirt looking more like bodycon dress also knee length. I don't return it because it fits and I still can wear it. But I am very disappointed.

Still not got anywhere

I would be obliged if you would have the curtesy to respond to my message. I have also enclosedyou as our customer, we have handled your case specially. The refund [GBP60 + GBP58] is the most we can offer for you Now. We feel sorry we are unable to refund you more before the order return.

But we promise to refund you [GBP96.39 + return postage] after you return the order and provide us with the return receipt. Once you receive the [GBP60 + GBP58] refund, it's highly appreciated if you can return the order at your earlier convenience.

As for your promise to return the GBP156.39 + Return Postage + Tax Fee] after we receive the Return Receipt and Tax Invoice. I am not prepared to put any more money out to return the item. In my last correspondence with you I explained the reason as to why I am not prepared to do this which under the circumstances I feel is a perfectly reasonable concern given the reviews on Trust Pilot. I think under the circumstances and your promise that you will return in full that you should put the return costs into my bank account and I will then return the item. You have my bank details and should I not return the item then you obviously would not refund me the cost . It makes sense tome!
I sincerely hope under the circumstances you will consider this and get back tome as soon as possible.
I also confirm should I receive a satisfactory outcome I will advise Trust Pilot and update my Facebook page accordingly.
I will not update them until hear from you.
