Edit: After over 6 months, I received them. The glasses itselve are fine.
Sadly have to agree with other reviews. Haven't received my glasses after estimated delivery in december. They refuse to cooperate at all and say I have to wait. Demanded a refund now. Seems like scamming to me to be honest, although maybe not intentionally
One of the biggest scams around! Placed order at the end of August through an Indiegogo campaign, estimated delivery was Dec. 2022. Emailed in mid Dec. but they didn't know when the glasses were going to ship. Followed up a month later and they claimed that it would ship in 6 days and take over 70 days to reach me! Now 7 months after I paid them almost $250 CAD my glasses are nowhere to be seen. I even asked for a refund in Feb. and they refused. Scam company, scam customer service, just stealing peoples hard earned money for nothing in return. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I agree with other reviews, I received the glasses today and they are a glass blob in the bottom nothing like the pictures shown on the campaign was supposed to be form my brother who loves climbing mountains but if I have them too him I would be a laughing stick for the next decade.
I backed their project on Kickstarter and as many other backers, after receiving the product, I noticed that it is of very poor quality.
The whiskey glasses look nothing like the advertised ones.
Instead of a nicely mage mountain, there is a shapeless blob in the glasses.
Quite disappointing considering the price of these things.
On the top of it the support is not really handling this situation and after a canned reply, they went completely silent.
I offered multiple possible resolutions to this case (partial refund, additional items, etc. to make this right), but they don't even answer.
Going to seek legal advice to get at least a partial refund for this deceiving project.
