I have ordered 2 hair clips for my girlfriend because I broke her old ones.
They are very nice and colourful and my girlfriend is very happy with them so very satisfied with my purchase!

I have always struggled to find hair clips that are durable and cool-looking, but Lila Amsterdam’s hair clips did the trick! I bought my first one almost two years ago and I still love it and use it. This is why I decided to buy more :))

The shipment was very fast and the quality is very good!

I ordered a hair clip on January 2 and received a confirmation on January 4 stating that my package would be shipped. Since then, I have received no further updates and nothing has been delivered.
I have contacted the Outlook email address listed on the website multiple times and have also submitted the contact form, but I have not received a single response.
Not only did I pay for an item that has still not arrived—an item that was intended as a gift—but I am also being completely ignored when trying to resolve the issue. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I would appreciate it if the team could finally respond and provide a clear, constructive solution, whether that be an update, a replacement, or a refund.

We stumbled upon the Lila shop at the Christmas Market on holiday in December. What a treat! The make-up bags are gorgeous and we purchased five! We also bought the loveliest pink carryall bag. Amazing colors, craftsmanship, and pricing. We are back in the US now and I’m trying to buy more things we love the products so much!

They needed more than two weeks to send the package and the communication with the shop was very poor with almost no answer to my doubts.

EDITED: After a lot of back and forth, and more than a month after I made the order it arrived. Although it did not arrive with everything that I ordered (mistake in color of toiletry bags), Suus promised to help get me the correct products I ordered. Although communication was hard at times, the tote bag was very good quality. As a small business I am sure they will grow and learn from these complex experiences and hope to shop new products in the future.

I bought a large toiletry bag, it has a lot of capacity and it is very pretty. Due to the delay in shipping, the creator of the brand gave me a pair of hair clips. A very kind gesture on her part.
