Terrible. Do not use. Scam site? My credit card payment was taken the day it was made but no confirmation of order email. No replies to email or Facebook. No sign of the dress I ordered 18 days ago - no communication whatsoever. But website still live.

Terrible company - you order- never get the item and they just ignore you…!

My experience was awful. I bought my daughter 2 dresses for their christening through Etsy. I was really looking forward to seeing the dresses in person. However, as soon as she shipped the items, she closed her Etsy shop!! I had no way of contacting her. I never tried the dresses on my daughters until about a week after I received them and that’s when I noticed that the dresses were nothing like they were pictured. The material was cheap and the silhouettes never matched. I had no choice but to not put my daughters in those dresses for their christening as the dresses looked dreadful. I spent over £120 on the dresses and I would’ve been better off just ordering dressed from Next. I’ve contacted the seller several times via social media after I was advised that I should claim for a refund due to the items not being as advertised. I’m now having to claim through my bank and I wish I read these reviews before I bought items from Etsy. Beware

i ordered on esty, and it came it was beautiful at first till i realised multiple mistakes, the gems where not on correctly they was loose and the dress had a yellow stain! and the bow was uneven!! at first she offered to give me a 10£ refund as i sent it to get tailored as i had no choice as my daughters christening was close, so i was pleased but then she never did send the refund she stated to blank me and then she blocked me and then her shop went of etsy, for the price i paid i was shocked, i relied on reviews but it seems only costumes turn out good. the christening dresses are not so good. and they look nothing like the picture

Unacceptable customer service
I ordered a dress for my granddaughters party. After 3 weeks of messaging and no response she finally replied the day before I needed it saying she can't complete my order in time and would I like a refund. I said yes as I needed to replace it for her birthday...A week later still no response or refund, leaving me without a dress for her party! Appalling customer service

If I could I would 0. Despicable company. I wish I’d checked here to see the review below. Please do not buy from here. Similar story, no communication, I ordered on 6th April asked for update on 15th and was told two weeks. Two weeks later I asked for an update, no reply, a week later I chased again, no reply. I messaged on Facebook, no reply and even commented on a post of the dress I’d ordered which was posted 5 weeks after I ordered it. Nothing… but then they cancel my order without asking, just cancelled and refund. I now have a niece who didn’t get her dress. Thankfully I’ve found a much more professional outfit to get it from. Suspect the dress would be poor quality of it mirrors the quality of customer service so perhaps a blesssing. Don’t use if you don’t want to be disappointed though!

Would not buy from this website again. I placed an order on the 12th January 2023 which was advertised as 2-3 weeks delivery, it did not turn up until the 14th February 2023. I received no correspondence about any delay to my order and after 3 weeks since placing my order had passed with no delivery or communication I tried to contact the company. The seller was very difficult to get hold of, finally managed to get in contact with her 1 day shy of 4 weeks since placing my order but had to contact her on a different platform as there was no response to my email. The communication was poor and lacked quality customer service. She refused to provide an explanation for such a delay and argued that even though the dress was later than advertised it was still before my daughters party so within the timeframe. The lateness left me with no time to resolve any potential issues such as size issues once the dress arrived. Overall the entire experience was poor and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before deciding to place an order through this website.
