I've ran into 2 issues and both times customer service has been very helpful and have been able to assist in my questions. Izzah today was nice and clarified my concerns. The wait for someone to take my call has never been more than 2 minutes (so the automated message has been spot on).

Lilli great. Physical card TERRIBLE
Lilli is great. My only complaint is the physical cards are the lowest quality possible. Not professional looking and will not last. And the indentation on the numbers for the front messes up the printing on the back so cameras can't scan the numbers and they are barely legible. They need different options for cards at least. Id happily pay more for a quality card thats metal. But a quality plastic one should just be given. The flimsy plastic one looks fake and will probably break soon

Fraud - Drained account
Crazy high fees for the "privilage" of a lili account
Also our LLC account got Completely Drained with small transactions over a 2-3 day period and lili is making us put together a "book report just to look into it

Never had an issue with cashing checks…
Never had an issue with cashing checks until this last time. I deposited a check on Monday and it’s now Thursday and it’s still pending and says not available until the 22nd!! I need this money for materials now have to wait another 3 days

I signup for a Lili account and…
I signup for a Lili account and completed all the KYC. After few days I got email that more documents are need for verification. But I can't upload documents as web page mentioned in the email need me to login and I don't remember setting up password for my account at the time of onboarding. I can't rest my passwords it say "Oops, something went wrong". I contacted support and they said they don't have account with my email address. However I can do "Find My Email Address" using my phone number and I see they have my email address in their system. I have sent them multiple email to get access to my account and finish any document verification if it is still needed. No response from support and it has been a month.
