Unfortunately I was stupid and I ordered some items from this webshop. I don't want to label it. False and bad quality items, wrong size, as the same that you mention.
Has anyone try to keep contant one of the comsumer protection?
As you can see, the webshop's costumer service is not a helpful partner...

DO NOT BUY from these. It is a scam. You either won’t get anything sent out or you will get a rag for what is meant to be an item of clothing. Do not buy with these scammers.

It is a scam website , NEVER ORDER FORM THEM. Received awful synthetic items that I won't never wear!!!

I don't expect being reimburse one day....

I ordered in December, asked for a refund at the end of january, received no communication or reply, then mid February received a package with the absolute worst quality nowhere-near-what-i-ordered unwearable items. It's worse that something was sent, tbh, because now I can't force a refund.

Can’t believe I’ve ordered from them and just read the reviews. Terrible scam. Sent a random item of bad quality and nothing that I’ve ordered!

FRAUDULENT AND COUNTERFEIT GOODS - Do not order from them!

I thought I was ordering genuine Passenger goods but when my jacket finally turned up it was terrible quality, nothing like the real thing and I wouldn't even want to wear it. What I got was a total knock-off and I can only hope I get my money back from my credit card. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Same as everyone else, terrible. I ordered 6 items in December and 4 still haven’t arrived.

Received wrong item after an eternity! they ask me to pay the return.
Received refund for second item they haven’t shipped yet.

Same as everyone else. Received wrong item and wrong size. They only want to give 10% back. Blocked comments on Facebook because of the bad business reviews… don’t purchase from them.

This is a scamming company.

Be aware.

Purchased products from them and it ain’t even the same material. It doesn’t teven look remotely the same.

Vere very very BAD!!! Do not buy here!!!I received a different item than in the photo and in the description! synthetics! horror!!! They do not want to return the money for the goods not yet sent!

I almost punchased products from this scammer but realised just intime that many of their photos of 'their' products are actually stolen from a clothing brand called 'free people' so they're selling their clothes claiming their the ones free people sell and then they send some terrible cheap knock offs instead. Their sizing charts also make no sense which is another thing that concerned me.

The items I received were not the same as the photos on the website, they took 3-4 weeks to arrive, items came separately from each other. A scam. Do not order

it is the biggest scammer shop. I bought a pair of bibs and socks. It took hundredth years to receive. And when I received. oh my, they have sent me some crapy junk that I would never in my life wear. the socks as well. the most disgusting synthetic thing I have ever seen. never buy anything from them. the pictures they have in their shop they have clearly stolen.

the company is a scam, do not buy here. I received totally different clothes than what I bought and it is totally crap. They are not in charge. I have email and proof. do not buy from this company.

they sent me completelly wrong items and offered me send them back, but sending itself to China cost more then whole order. They are totally fake and im shocked. Material was all bad, sizes were wrong and not even one item of five is right.

Hello, my experience:
After I received a completely different item, my message was not answered? My comment has been deleted? I published the photo of the damaged dungarees and the totally different pants on FB. Then I got banned from FB.
All further deliveries will no longer be accepted! I can also create a FB page with your company name and warn all customers about you.
