Horrible and misleading company

Horrible and misleading company. I ordered a dress and a pair of boots, but only received the dress. When I contacted the company, they told me that the boots were out of stock. Instead of issuing a refund, they gave me a store credit and I had to pay for shipping on another item if I used the credit. This was totally unfair since I had paid for shipping on the out of stock item. They

This is a follow up to a previous review and I do this to inform the public to ensure their safety. I have successfully received my full refund from my credit card company. Lillyskloset is a company that functions on deceit. They claim to use a size chart that appears to be universal, but their size chart is not TTS. This make shopping difficult because you are never guaranteed that the clothes will fit. It is for this reason that I won my dispute. An employee stated that their clothes are TTS FOR MOST and PayPal gave me my money back, but there was an issue on the return with another order because they sabotaged the return to keep my money. They don’t do returns because your money keeps their store open. If they refunded all their customers for their purchases, they may be closed. I was lucky that I screenshot the communication from the employee that their clothes are TTS “for most” and received a full refund. Their error in telling the truth allowed me to get my money back but I had to fight for it because they recalled the email upon learning of how I got the first refund. Please be careful in doing business with lillyskloset as they have proven not to be honest with their customers regarding their merchandise. Keep records and screenshot communications for your protection. It is unfortunate that some BOB aren’t ready so you be ready in case you have to fight for justice. I will never buy from them and I see why they weren’t accepted into the fashion industry. They just aren’t ready, to me, at least. You never know if what you buy will fit and if it doesn’t fit, you will be disappointed and screwed financially because their policies doesn’t have the consumer’s interest at heart. I returned both of their items, they refused my refund based on a sketchy return policy and undoubtedly they then sold the item again which means that they had my money, refused my refund and then resold the returned merchandise and I was left without my money for one of the items. Please, please, please use your credit card on top of using PayPal as double insulation. I’m blessed to know the rules and to be willing to fight. Do not use your debit card or a gift card as you will have no one fighting for you. Unfortunately, it’s about them and for them and only your credit card company or PayPal will fight for you. I try to be about us and support BOB but not everyone is ready. I’m deeply disappointed in how they do business!!! Buyer beware and be careful they will hammer you, this lot!!! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Horrible customer service

I am having the most awful experience a customer can have. For starters, the clothes that lillyskloset sell are TTS for most. This was not the information that is supplied on their website, but I found this out in email communications. Since this is a misrepresentation of their merchandise I have to go through different channels to receive my refund as the items were not as described. They are making it unnecessarily difficult as their sole purpose is in store credit and keeping the customer’s money. I wouldn’t be going through this if their sizing was more accurate or if they had a better customer service policy. Unfortunately, I tried to cater to a BOB and now have to go through other channels to receive justice that they aren’t professionally able to provide. I don’t want store credit for clothes that are not sized properly. I want my money back since you have already received your merchandise. To keep my money and your merchandise is the equivalent of fraud. I caution other consumers about the sizing and return policy and to avoid this company at all costs. This is my honest review based on my personal experience and their lack of business and personal decency. The customer should always be extended the courtesy of a merchants error and if there are sizing issues, the merchant should own up to their discrepancies and not be abusive to customers while holding onto their money. Buyers beware!!!

Seller Sucks

Ordered 3 swimsuits.
Email confirms correct items ordered.
All items that arrived were not as advertised.
NOT similar to the actual items ordered in any way.
Opened an issue with PayPal.
Seller only offered a 10% refund- which would have been $6 USD. Seller offered a 100% refund once I could provide tracking to have items sent all the way back to China. Why do I have to mail back and pay for your mistake. Seller never communicated that the items I ordered were not available.
THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SCREW YOU OVER!!!

Unfortunately this was a scam

Unfortunately this was a scam. I ordered a nice looking wrap dress. They did end up sending something… It’s just that it was a terribly ugly, cheap, dress that I did not order. It looked nothing like the dress I ordered. Different color, fabric, style, etc. DON’T do it. Clearly all the positive reviews on their website are fake.
