Dreadful: Minus 1,000 stars is not a low enough rating for Lilly Olsson!!
The clothes I ordered from Lilly Olsson were linen and cotton, but none of the clothes I received had a scrap of linen and/or cotton in them. Some have the labels cut off, some have no labels at all, and some quite clearly say "100% Polyester." Lilly Olsson will not take any responsibility for this. They have kept all of my money and refuse to send me the clothes I paid for (but they do want me to pay a lot to return the incorrect order--I suspect so that they can send these out to another unsuspecting customer.
I intend to report them to Konsumentverket, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Polisen (Bedrägeri vid näthandel och vilseledande annonser), and anywhere else I can find. I will also be in contact with CCPC (Competition and Consumer Protection Commission) for advice, as I think they are not actually based in Sweden.
This company really knows how to scam customers, but I will do my best to get them on as many radars as possible. Their intention is to take money from customers by any means possible. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
