I chose to buy a turtle charm from you because you had a selection of animal charms and this is for an animal loving granddaughter. I made my order through the marketplace Wolf & Badgers and they are not honest in the way they charged the product 40 euros more than its actual price, and I had to pay 47 euros of custom fee while they said there won't be any. Their customer service is useless, I've been in touch with 2 different agents who just said there was a problem but didn't help me at all. Fortunately someone from Lily Charmed contacted me and was very sorry for what happened, and she's willing to help me in solving at least the custom fee. Let's see how it goes but my advice would be to order directly on their website as Wolf & Badger can't be trusted at all.

Wouldn’t usually write a review until I’ve received the product but so annoyed and disappointed that the delivery times quoted mean nothing & left me left with nothing to give my daughter as a gift for finishing her A Levels yesterday. Quoted 1-3 days,should’ve arrived by Wednesday 18th,now Friday 20th and Royal Mail still showing as in progress. Contacted Lily Charmed yesterday,who gave the very helpful advice to contact Royal Mail if it hadn’t arrived by 27th July. Sadly even if the jewellery is lovely I won’t be using again, too unreliable.

Don't buy special memories from them because it won't last. More suitable for random trinkets.

Ordered a ring 06/June/2023 and it broke 03/July/24. After I asked them to solve the issue, this was their answer: "I am very sorry this is now out of our one year warranty so we cannot replace it for you."

I purchased 3 silver charms, a hummingbird, a conch shell and a crocodile to commemorate a recent holiday to Jamaica. The charms came beautifully boxed and were promptly delivered. The charms were all incredibly detailed and even more beautiful than shown online. The quality of the charms is fantastic and they are excellent value. I have received many compliments on my beautiful charms and would 100% recommend this lovely company. I will definitely be buying more jewellery from them in the future.

I purchased the silver cowboy boot for my daughter. The item was nicely packed in the presentation box then parcelled up so no damage would occur in transit. The item was just as the picture showed & is a very nice quality. The detailing is very nice too. I will deffinately purchase again from this company.

Order arrived, bought a Charm for 25 pounds broke within 72 hours, also had a personalised message that wasn't mine in the package...it was a sensitive message about some other customer losing a loved one. Contacted them on the business Instagram chat on the 28th Dec with pictures but no response

The jewelry itself is decent, but the box looks very cheap! I purchased the jewelry one week before giving it to my girlfriend, and within just a week, the box started to look worn out and the color began to fade. I had to order a separate box on Amazon because otherwise, it would have appeared very poor in quality!
