The worst kind of fast fashion company-- deceptive/duplicitous at every possible turn. The company ships from China, which simply does not allow for them to get their products to their customers in the timelines that they quote (ordered pre-tariff trade war explosion as a plausible excuse for how long it took), even with extra money spent for "expedited" shipping. Discovered once the product (finally) arrived that it is the most laughably terrible dupe I have ever seen. Do not believe their FAQ section where they shiftily claim that most of the photos are taken by "their own photographer" and only some come from magazine. I suppose I could say that the configuration of the top of the dress... vaguely... resembled the photo of the dress I ordered, but the pattern was completely different and it was mostly made out of the cheapest tulle I have ever come across. Honestly the funniest and most bizarre aspect of the dress was that the lining underneath the tulle (also cheap) inexplicably stopped about half a foot above the ground, creating the most bizarre "ankle highlighting" feature I have ever seen on a garment.

I contacted customer service and they offered me a laughable TWO dollars and the ability to keep the dress as a consolation gesture. Unfortunately there is simply no circumstance in which I would ever wear this dress and it was so horrible that honestly the idea of it ending up in a landfill somehow also felt intolerable. Plus the communication back and forth about the two dollar "refund" was so insulting that I dropped the required cash to send it all the way back to China, mostly to prove a point rather than because I really had great faith this scam of a company would follow through on the refund. Sure enough, they continued to try to worm their way out of respectable business practices by at first insisting that the product had yet to arrive (a month after I had sent it), then making me "prove" I had sent it by emailing them copies of the shipping label and the receipt from USPS (keep your documents, folks!), and then only FINALLY sending a refund after three further follow up emails to pester them. I'm very certain the only reason it happened it because I am nothing if not persistent-- and by the way the ordering to refund timeline was about 10 months in total.

For real do not reward this absolute scam of a company with your patronage. They are doing nothing but pumping pond-scum level product out onto the market and probably destroying the planet in the process.

Looks nothing like the images/ videos they’re advertising. A cheap imitation.
They offered an insulting $5 compensation.
Returns are to China which you have to pay for.

Material is cheap not what the videos state. If you return the dress the postage is almost the same price. I tried to cancel my order almost straight away and they wouldn't cancel it. Really poor quality

Absolutely unbelievable customer service. I ordered a 2 piece outfit. After waiting over a month with constant emails, it finally arrived. Absolutely looked nothing like what I see on the website, and it was massive. The material and fitting was appalling. Furthermore, I requested a refund to which I was told it would cost me more in sending this back and wasn’t worth sending back. So now I’m stuck with an awful outfit which isn’t fit for use and £55 down. Never again!

Do not buy from this company the dresses look lovely online but are awful quality. The dress I bought had a rip in it also and they advised I have to pay to send it back to china for a refund.

The orders took forever, about 6 weeks, and I paid the expedite fee...the material is very terrible...I am not happy with the overall website, products...and the customer service. People are not professional and not friendly at all. It looks like it is a scam . Advice to those who want to order from this side, please don't do it.

The starfish blue dress Horrible quality. It looks like it was made by an amateur seamstress. It fits very badly on the body and even smells of sweat like it had already been used. Don't buy from them. False advertising

Arrived and looks like something from shein, very poor quality item. no shape, bad material and tacky!

I emailed them and they offered me just $3 usd compensation to keep it, or if i return i will have to pay full shipping costs to china!
so basically ive wasted my money as will cost too much to send back!

Beautiful dresses advertised, but the dresses they send you are poor cheap replicas, far far away from what they advertise. Customer service is bad, they try to write nice words but truly they don't care about you. The dresses I ordered for $80 is useless, and they offered $3 refund, they suggested to not return for full refund, because postage is very expensive and I have to pay for it and it can be lost and that is my responsibility. Don't waste your money on it!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I ordered from them back in November for the black Friday sale, I paid extra for quick shipping as I needed it for an event. The dress NEVER came. They provided me with a janky website that was supposedly "tracking my package". Then when the package was supposed to be delivered they provided a false USPS tracking number. When I typed in the USPS tracking number into the USPS site nothing came up. I called USPS and provided them with the tracking number but they mentioned their tracking numbers are always different. I was scammed. And when I reached out to lilykity to have my refund as I no longer needed the dress they told me I couldn't get a refund. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST ANY COMPANY ON TIKTOK.

They don't even deserve a 1 start I place an order with them and pay fast shipping and it been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't got my package and they take more than 3 days to reply to your email and give you the information that you need the first day.

I received my items and the material is trash, quality of material was poor and the size not true to the size indicated, very poor quality. I emailed them few days ago requesting for a return and no response back! Terrible quality clothing, I’m embarrassed to give it away to someone else, so I threw the clothes in the trash.

DO NOT order from this site!
