With a 9-business day lead time, I ordered an Elmo onesie for my daughter's Halloween costume and paid $20 for express shipping (4-8 business days). I checked the website multiple times for an order update and it continuously stated "In Process". Anyway, the onesie finally showed up 2 days after Halloween and when I asked Customer service for a refund of my express shipping I was told... "We can refund you 10$ as compensation, as you know we definately paid 20$ to ups, hope you can see.
Sorry for the inconvenience."

It is disappointing that this was their reply...It was not my fault that UPS didn’t do their job and if they are having trouble with delivery, then Lilypajamas.com shouldn’t offer Express Shipping on the website. This mistake cost me an additional $45 for a new costume and a lot of stress trying to find my daughter a plan B.

Admittedly the Elmo onesie is cute (this is why I am giving a 2 star rating and not a 1 star) but buyer beware should you decide to make a purchase from this company.

Lily, I recommend that you be very careful about the shipping expectations you set and when there is an issue "the customer is always right". Over $10 you have lost my business and more.

They are scammers. I got double charged and never got my item. They just steal your money

This has got to be the cutest thing I’ve ever seen! Insanely soft! Quality seems good so far, just for running around the house playing around but she’s obsessed and we’re all getting a laugh out of it. This was a gift for her 4th birthday, got the 4 year size and it’s large but it works and she can grow into it.
This Halloween we will buy again from Lilypajamas.

Do NOT order from this place. I paid for 5-8 days shipping. I placed my order on Oct 3 and it arrived Oct 26. Additionally I did NOT get what I paid for. The item received was a HUGE departure from what was ordered. So disappointing. I got nothing but excuses from someone who does not have a good grasp on the English language.

I ordered Pooh pajamas to use as a costume for my son as kids-sized Pooh costumes are difficult to find in the U.S. I ordered October 4th and needed for Halloween. I paid $12 to receive within 5-8 days. It’s November 1st and I have yet to receive them. I have attempted to remain in communication with them through email and I am starting to feel like I am receiving automated responses as nothing is ever really addressed. They keep stating to be patient. I am a very patient person, but when claims are not fulfilled stated by their website, I become impatient as any person should. Therefore, steer clear unless you have no deadline, and for sure do not pay extra for faster shipping.

This is the first XL onesie that has actually fit me, I'm 6'1 and around 200lbs so I have tried and worn other onesie's before in size XL and most of them were too short but this one was PERFECT, I love that fact that it uses a zipper closure instead of button so that's it's much easier to "Zip Up" and stays zipped versus when the buttons always would come unbuttoned on the other onesie's. Also with it being plush, it's so soft and warm, such an amazing onesie to wear! I highly recommend these onesies!
