This is so beautiful it made me cry
.I am literally crying right now because what I just got in the mail is an illustration in color of my son and his girlfriend who he told me when he met her mom and met my wife. Her name is Sophie 💗 and I got a picture of them that is her favorite picture and had it illustrated. It is so so so beautiful. I have no words. I just wanna think whoever did this gorgeous artwork because it’s absolutely amazing and I will forever be a customer. I love how they send you updates when you make changes. They don’t just go ahead and put the order in production until you are completely satisfied. When you make changes the new update is sent to you within a day. Very satisfied. Now waiting on finally production.

The customer service provided by this company is so unbelievably good that I wrote a poem to say thankyou. I’m not prone to writing poetry, however, I absolutely do work to affirm people or businesses whose interaction with the public are so positive. When working on my situation, I received the most human and kind communications from two of their staff. My dad was military, we don’t gush over customer service quality.
