Prompt delivery, notififies when products are shipped.

I placed an order on Black Friday 2018, but on January 2019 the pack was still missing. Wrote to the customer care and they replied they were going to make another shipment with the same products - then I got this second shipment after only 2 weeks... and I live in Italy!!!!
So despite the negative reviews, I had a very good experience!

I used to absolutely love this brand, it’s products were in all my go to looks. That is until a bit over a month ago. My order has been lost not once, not twice, but three times. I asked if I could be refunded for it after the second time and they said no, that they’d re-ship it. Well, now the option for live chat on their website is gone. No one answers the phone if you call. No one will respond to my email about this being lost yet again, and I’m at my wits end. Do NOT order from their website. If you absolutely have to have their products get them from Ulta or something. Do not order from their website, I can’t stress it enough.

DOUBLE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER. ALSO, THE $1 HOLD FEE WAS NEVER REVERSED. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DROPPED THE BALL MORE THAN A FEW TIMES. HARDLY RESPOND TO EMAIL. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL. PRODUCT WAS DRIED UP (1 OF 4 IN ORDER). I'D RATHER MY MONEY ISSUE BE ADDRESSED THAN THE PRODUCT, YET NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND FOR OVER 2 WEEKS. I WILL NOT EVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. EVER.

sooo good! i've gotten 2 orders from here and both were so amazing. one time they sent the wrong palette but sent another one out for me so amazing customer service :)

I'm not sure why Lime Crime gets such a bad rap, in all of the many times I have purchased from them, I have never had a problem with an order.
Their products are always amazing quality and have the most beautiful packaging. The Plushies/Velvetines lipsticks are some of my favorite lip products ever, so light and long-wearing.
I love that they are cruelty free as well!

The limecrime matte liquid lipstick in riot (not sure if it was fake or not) but it got me through a load of kissing, sex, and oral THIS STUFF STICKS.

AND it’s animal friendly!!! just buy it!! and there’s no transfer.

Lime Crime Venus Pallets are the best eyeshadows available! I feel great about shopping with Lime Crime. Vegan, female owned, indie brand! For me, shopping with limecrime.com or directly with any small labels online shop is preferable. It's so important to shop small and cruelty free. I'm making a difference with my dollar. They also have a super easy site to navigate and one of the more helpful live chat options I've experienced. AND they take PayPal! Yay!

I love their products! Particularly their Velvetines - some of my favorite liquid lips. I also really adore their mantra and how they encourage their consumers to be "Unicorns". Not only that, the customer service team is top notch. Personal, super friendly while still maintaining a professional manner. Truly a stand out company and can't wait to see what else they have up their sleeves!

I can currently only speak for the Venus palettes but they are really good, my favorites and the packaging is lovely. The internal mirror on the Venus II did break after about a week of me owning it but since I'd left it lying around in my bag that's probably on me. Would love to give the velvetines a go but from what I heard the formula can be drying on the lips, which is something I struggle with already

Ive only bought lipstick from here but i have to say its very good quality. It smells lovely like vanilla and stays on for hours (maybe needs a few applications if eating and stuff)

I bought gargoyle... To notice in 1hr 30mins nothing was done but left my blonde hair to some greenish/blue? Very disappointed!

I love the matte lipstick but have ordered many unicorn hair products and they just don't work! I left on my bleached, platinum hair for 1.5 hours and it Did nothing! Very disappointing

I have 12 of your matte velvetines 3 metallics velvetines all your perlees. I tried to place my order and I received an email from you with Order 31A666090A Confirmation few hours later I saw my order and was canceled. Still I don't have answer about that.

Missing item from my order 3 emails today them 7 days and no response, never again.

Okay so for all lip makeup lovers, i will always recomend Limecrime. A bit expensive if you live in europe (for where i live) but woth the while and the money. I personally love Limecrime. I "only" have like 11-15 of the Velvetines, one of the old unicorn lipsticks, and both venus palettes. OMG, i do not wear it enough. Can't wait to try more of their products. I know alot of bad reputations are going around about losing money. Never happend to me, Bought from there twice or thrice.
