Poor customer service.

The quality of the customer service is pretty low. I forgot an charging cable (15gramms?) and they are demanding 15 euro to return it, when the charger can be send via Post for literally 1,80 €

Its 733% more than the actual costs for returning the product. That is ridiculous.

Reps doesnt even fully read the messages I am sending.

Very clean and cozy. Easy access to the room. There wasn’t any hand soap but luckily I brought my own. Overall highly recommend

The apartment was new, cosy and beautiful. It was very clean and had all the necessary equipment. Located in a quiet area, very well connected with metro transport. Lots of elegant shops, and cafes and restaurants. I would definitely come back when in Madrid.

It’s was a really pleasant stay, especially thanks to the security guy he was absolutely wonderful and kind and thoughtful and helped when I e had issues with other guests being loud and smoking etc. he kicked them out rightfully and politely and was extremely helpful and made me, as a solo female, feel EXTREMELY safe and respected. Can’t recommend this place enough for his role alone!

Thank so much I’ll definitely be staying here if I ever come back to Utrecht. :)

The studio has everything You need for a lovely stay in Madrid. The feeling of living like a local is fantastic . The neighborhood is lovely. Very good tv as well as the way to check in an check out through the app.

But not possible to Watch Swiss TV. We had a very important cérémonie to follow. I call Help but nothing.

I booked and paid for my stay directly with Limehome, believing that direct booking would ensure clearer communication and better customer support.

Due to mass flight cancellations caused by weather conditions, travelling to the destination became impossible. This was not a voluntary cancellation and was outside my control.

Limehome initially offered a date change as a “goodwill” gesture, which sounded like a reasonable solution. However, only later did it become clear that this option was conditional on paying a significant price difference, resulting in a total price several times higher than the original booking.

This condition was not communicated upfront. Instead, it was disclosed gradually, while I was repeatedly asked to make a “final decision by the end of the day”. At the same time, my questions regarding alternative solutions, partial refund options, or cost breakdowns were left unanswered.

While I understand that extraordinary circumstances are difficult for all parties, the way this situation was handled felt one-sided and transactional. The responsibility and financial risk were placed entirely on the customer, despite the stay being impossible to use.

Based on my experience, direct booking did not result in meaningful support or transparent communication in a critical situation.

It is a very comfortable little place for a family with 1 or 2 children. Inside you will find anything you need in very good condition. The apartment was cleaned in a very decent condition. All the turistic attractions are 10 minutes away

The room was amazing, super clean. Modern and new equipment, fresh towels and amenities. Absolutely worth it!

Very very good location, the flat is brand new, very well equiped and the bed very comfortable. The shower is very very good too. The only small thing is that the heating system was too strong and a bit annoying because it was too warm. Beside that everything is perfect, higly recommand
