Wish there was a negative star option!!! Website states clearly refunds are given-after 10 emails, offered a credit, 1/10 of the amount I paid??!?!?!?!
NO-I paid for what I thought was quality and industry standards, however, I received inferior products and no refund. Don't know how this company is still allowed to be in business. Wish I would have looked up reviews before purchasing!
Getting my credit card company involved at this point
I ordered 2 pair of shoes the other pair is one size bigger than other and it's very cheap material fake leather , not using it. it's going to GOODWILL not buying here anymore.Forgot to return due to busy schedule and no return policy brochure attached to the package:(
Seriously terrible. I ordered two pairs of shoes, got no shipping confirmation for about 3 weeks. Tried tracking my order, did not work. Submitting a ticket did not work either, similar to the other reviewer. Then I emailed them, finally got a reply, claiming high order volumes were causing delays. My shoes were eventually shipped, took another 3 weeks to get to Australia. One pair was correct, but I'm dubious about the quality. Seems cheaply made out of fake leather.
The second pair resembled nothing like I ordered. Flats instead of heels. Closed instead of straps. I'm now emailing again, to get this rectified.
Update: 2 days later, getting replies to my emails, but every time from a different name. Been asked to send photos of the packing slips and the wrong shoes 3 times now. They clearly have no interest in fixing this.
Stay away from this shop!
I ordered a pair of shoes from a website named Limema.com on 5/26/19. The money was withdrawn from my bank promptly but as of yet I have not received my shoes. When you go the website and click on the customer service tabs, there is a drop down list of things you can contact them for. I clicked on track order, which then creates a screen for you to send them an email. At the bottom of that page is a security code which you have to retype in a box. After numerous attempts entering their ‘security code” it says the security code is incorrect. I tried several times to send an email, and each time upon entering the security code, I got the same message...that it was invalid. I called the customer service phone number, and reached a recording that identified itself as Fashionmia”. I could only leave a message at that phone number. So, my opinion of Limema is that it is a deceitful, untrustworthy company. Would NOT recommend ordering from this website despite some favorable reviews on various websites. You CANNOT get in contact with this company through their website. I have no recourse other than to go to my bank and file a complaint to get my money back.
