It is a lie on its site, as if it discontinues a line, you can't get parts, nor will it communicate the references/details to find it elsewhere.
You are left on your own.
Very common on Internet, as the manager unlike in a shop can ignore safely your complaints.

Had an email saying the product is with the company that delivers the product, that was 8 days ago, called customer service, told I was 18th in Que, gets to my turn then cuts me off! done the same 6 times now! Joke!

Spams you with emails
I did the initial signing up for this, and I kept getting reminded to complete the application. When I Say this I mean repeatedly like today I’ve gotten 30+ of the exact same email reminding me to sign up and it’s only 10AM. A complete annoyance and I won’t be signing up now.
