I have just returned from a 7day cruise on the P&O Iona, to France and Spain, with Limitless Travel. I first spotted the company on Facebook and after doing some research, I took the leap and booked. I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was flawlessly guided through the whole booking process from start to finish. The Taxi collected me from home and took me to the port where I was met by Harry and his Team ( Titi, Teresa, Tanya, Hannah and David), who stayed by my side every step of the way. I had an amazing stress free holiday, saw some new things, laughed constantly, and enjoyed interested company all made possible by the Limitless team who treated me with dignity and were so kind and unassuming. They are all a credit to such a genuine inclusive company. I am so pleased that I found them.

My sister has been on five holidays with Limitless and has hugely enjoyed them. Helpful staff and huge attention to detail make them the best for disabled travellers. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

Some years ago, I had an accident, which affected my mobility and restricted my holiday plans and came across this company and I am glad and happy that I did. I went on a 7 Nights Spain and France Cruise on board the P&O Iona and I really enjoyed it very much. This company can book holidays for you and makes checks with any special needs and requirements as well as being aware of any medical conditions. They provided transport to collect me from home and take me back after the cruise and they provided well trained and very friendly carers. With their connections, I was able to do various activities on board the cruise ship, go on planned on shore excursions assisted and protected by their carers and have fine dining, whilst making new friends amongst my fellow travellers and carers. They also provided much sympathy and support whilst I was grieving following the recent passing of my parents who I also went on a cruise with many years ago and I felt better and more joyful as a result. Best experience I ever had and I hope to go on upcoming holidays with them when the time and opportunity next time comes. Best wishes to their dedicated staff and associates who helped make my enjoyable holiday possible.

We returned last friday from the Norwegian Fjords onboard PO Britannia. I was told limitless had organised accessable travel at the ports we stopped at. This being our first port of call we were advised to meet on the boat and were then escorted ashore to the coach pickup point . The coach arrived but the driver was going to lunch so would not take us .We learned these coaches were provided by P&O for all guests and they could only carry 2 wheelchairs at a time . As there were 11 wheelchairs in our party it would clearly take a considearble time to move all guests. The wind was quite strong and very cold .There was no shelter . We waited a considerble time before the carers decided we should proceed on our own scooters and wheelchairs . It took sometime to arrive in the centre of town. We were then given various choices It was recommended to visit the Viking museum . After a short time at the museum my wife who is confined to a wheelchair was so cold we left the group and made our way back to the ship where she spent the rest of the day in bed . I was very concerned she would be ill for the rest of the holiday .
Consideration should have been given to the guests who were all elderly and immoblle . We declined all further excursions for the rest of the holiday .This was not what I expected of Limitless . I cannot comment on any other aspect of the care Limitess provide because as a full time carer for my wife we had no need for any of the other services provided by Limitless.

A truly excellent experience on my holiday to Lanzarote. The tour manager and her staff were proactive in every respect, nothing was too much trouble night or day. The hotel itself was well laid out and wheelchair friendly. I look forward to my next away time with limitless.

Lyndsey came across as friendly , very polite , professional
she explained every detail about the cruise
No question was too big or small to ask her.
This all made me feel more confident about going on this cruise as a widow & now am disabled . I have been through so much these last few years i think I deserve a break.
