I booked at short notice for a limo to Saltburn on Sea and back for my daughter's 21st birthday . The driver was very professional, friendly and helpful and the limo was in excellent condition included prosecco. We had a fantastic time . The driver took us on a scenic route so we could enjoy our time in the limo . I would definitely use this company again .

Great experience. We booked last minute for our daughters rearranged August wedding due to covid. Driver arrived in plenty of time and was so kind and supportive for her big day. So easy to book and kept informed of everything. Felt safe as even in the car we could stay a meter apart. Will use again :)

I give one star just for the fact that they turned up. Absolutely disgusting waste of money, please please do not book with this company. Totally underwhelming experience for my daughters 21st. Nice enough driver but more suited to be a cabbie, zero personal service, shabby limo, dirty glasses, total lack of how to treat people on a special occasion. £250 for a half hour ride. No reply to several emails which just proves they are all about taking your money, end of. I cant stress enough that you should NOT use this company. I feel they should have at least emailed me with an acknowledgment or an apology or even a partial refund but I have heard nothing nearly a month later. Their website is just a pack of lies!

I was booked with another company who let me down and I called Exclusive Hire at 6pm, they have the Hummer Limousine outside my house by 7pm. The service and turnaround time was brilliant and my little brother really enjoying the 2 hours we had the limo. Thank you.
