Bought an anemometer for our diploma…

Bought an anemometer for our diploma project and linaa kindly supplied us with a usb-module we forgot to purchase. Very kind and helpful customer service although shipping was delayed over the holidays.

Everything works just as it should. 10/10

Unprofessional

Ordered an item which was clearly marked as "in stock" on the 10th of January. Didn't get any notice on shipping for several days. Six days after, I send them an email to which I do not get any answer. Called two days after that, on the 18th (8 days after the order was placed) and then instead of apologizing they say that they need to check and get back to by email. And after long back and forth by email, instead of sending the item right away and with the fastest option possible, they now say that they'll send it on 22nd, 12 days after the purchase date. Utterly unprofessional and irresponsible.

Bad experience overall

Bad experience overall. Will not shop here again.

Very slow and difficult to get in contact with the company. Low levle of knowledge on their own products and the capabillities of the products.

Very slow to email a qoute on pricing for anything thats not standard from the website. 1-2 day responce time between every email answer regarding payment, shipping and details on items.

Shipped my items 1 week after they were ordered, although I payed for express shipping and they told me on the phone that they ship same day as the order comes in, or next day if the order comes in past 16.00.

Express 1-2 day shipping took about 5 days. 1 of the 2 items ordered was the wrong one, I have been attempting to return if for a week now, and the company does not pick up the phone and have not provided me with a way to return the item without paying shipping myself.

Probably the worst customer experiences that I have had with a danish company.
