Very peculiar. They sent someone round to conduct a survey and prepare a quote. Two months later and they still haven't sent it. Meanwhile they do not respond to email.

Good job, neat efficient, good price. Slow confirming job but will use again.

Engineer was a nice bloke but two hours plus travel time to test one light and one fan wow. As a retired electrician I am glad I was not paying by the hour.

The person answering the phone was very helpful. We wanted someone to come out that day because our electricity was off in some sockets. She found someone who could come in the afternoon and then he managed to come earlier. He was very thorough and tested everything and found the fault. He also repaired two other sockets which were in need of it. The work was done to a high standard and was completed within a few hours. .

They gave me a rapid appointment, came on time, we’re speedy efficient and charming. And when I had a further quibble they came straight back to remedy it. I had been looking for a one-man-band, but the service was so good I shall never use another electrician!

Easy to contact, arrive on time, do a thorough job, provide receipts and certificates promptly.

They not only quickly made it safe, but did a host of other jobs that I wouldn’t have thought could have been done given the old wiring. They also made practical suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of, but will make my life in the house a lot more comfortable.
