I enjoy ordering from Lindt as it’s one of my favourite chocolate brands. I order regularly and sometimes spend more than I should! However it’s the only place that I can find Lindt chocolate orange bars now! My only issue is that I ordered 50+ bars in the middle of a heatwave and completely forgot to put them in the fridge, but it’s no fault of Lindt themselves as they arrived in perfect condition. I will be ordering more once the heatwave is over!

I’ve made a few orders online and never had a reason to contact customer services. If I’m honest il never order online again. All my order was melted when I received it. This was about 3 weeks ago, I sent them a email the same day. Last week they eventually emailed me back, asking for a photo I sent a photo and still not heard a thing back. I can’t believe how unprofessional the customer services are. The chocolate all went in the bin, was for my grandchildren’s teacher, obviously couldn’t give it to them all melted. Plus they broke up last week, so never got any response from customer services to sort this out. They need to do better I spent a decent amount of money too all to be wasted. Won’t be doing it again, sorry they have lost my custom.
