Exactly as others have stated - this is a SCAM. They have a UK front end website which suggests they are in Liverpool - instead the items are from China. I too bought the supposed "Cashmere" jumper which is truly awful. It is a con. I note their terms state no refund. This is in breach of the UK Consumer Goods Act but I doubt I will get anywhere with them. I have reported them to Facebook which is where I found them. Kicking myself I didn't do my research first and didn't pay on credit card. Used ShopPay

I ordered cashmere sweater which isn’t cashmere and have been offered 10%discount. They’re say they are special sale and non refundable,I may go through my credit card to get money back as they are selling under false pretences . I also thought they were in Liverpool which the site suggests.

This is a scam. Like many others I bought a “cashmere” sweater and what eventually arrived was NOT cashmere, nothing like photos, and NOT from Liverpool (where the company claim to be) but from China.
No return allowed so no refund and an absolute piece of tat. Ordered through SHOPIFY, and quite appalled they deal with scammers.

Ordered the cashmere jumper as many other people have said. It eventually arrived from China, even though the company are meant to be in Liverpool. The jumper is definitely not cashmere and looks nothing like the photos. I have emailed them about getting a refund, but o response. I will be reporting this company to the Trading Standards. Do not order from them!

Terrible! Just received 2 very cheap jumpers not as advertised and cost me £71 ! Don’t look the same as photos at all. Certainly no content of cashmere. I’m so annoyed 😠

Bought a jumper from the lineabrandstore.com website, the pictures and description on the website state it as a cashmere jumper. The shop is stated as being in Liverpool. However the jumper was shipped from China and when it arrived it was not the same jumper as the pictures on the website, it certainly wasn’t cashmere and I’m not sure its even wool - just a cheap copy. I tried contacting the company via the email contact info on the website but they just keep fobbing me off saying I need to contact another emails - its basically a scam and to be avoided!

I'm trying to return some jumpers that were not great quality, shape or fit. It's very difficult to return them, they're trying to stall me by saying "the returns process takes a very long time" and offering 20% off if I keep the items. They also offered me 10% off if I order something else, which I don't want to do. This store is closing down and returning things is obviously very difficult so be vary wary about buying anything. Even though they say they have a 30 day returns process, they make it really difficult.
