⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience. Buyer Beware!

I placed an order with Linen Kingdom on September 27, 2026, and my experience has been extremely frustrating.

Despite taking my payment, the seller did not ship my order for almost three weeks. It was only after I contacted them that the package was finally shipped on October 15.

The seller provided explanations about shipping through Baku, but the tracking information later showed that the package was being returned to Moscow. More than a month after placing my order, I still have not received anything.

What bothers me most is the lack of transparency and proactive communication. I should not have to chase a company just to get an order shipped, especially when purchasing internationally.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Linen Kingdom. The shipping process has been unreliable, communication has been disappointing, and I am left without the merchandise I paid for.

I would not order from this company again.
