No smell of a log fire at all !
I bought « Crackling Log Fire ». The smell has strictly nothing to do with a log fire. If I really had to put a name on the smell I would say cheap after shave. Å scam. They offered I send it back. But it would have cost some 15€ - to be reimbursed of some 5€ !!! So Crackling Log Fire was a total waste of money.
Their answer is that the product was « not to my liking ». That is not the point. Never mind what I like and do not like. The point is that the smell was not corresponding to the name Crackling Log Fire at all ! I am dissastisfied with THAT.

This is the option available to any customer when a product is not to their liking. We understand that the cost of shipping the product is higher than the cost of the product itself, but this is separate from the return process.
