Use Gmail account also which looks unprofessional for a business.

Do not buy if you are in the United States. Their customer service ghosted me. My order was lost by FedEx. This company has not refunded my order or sent a replacement. $300 down the drain.
And they never published my one star review.
Tough return but it finally happened after writing a bad review
The gorgeous over $200 linen couch cover I purchased was ready to be returned before I even got it. We ended up getting rid of the couch. Package unopened trying to contact the company with constant replies, saying they are closed but open during the hours that I am always trying to contact them. Ignored and nothing professional, except a scam reply email. I can’t believe there are so many, good reviews on here when there is no way possible this company is reputable. After having to write a bad review, they finally contacted me. I had to go to the post office and pay over $50 to return it finally, after over a month, I did receive my return which was $166. I paid $255 plus $50 for shipping. I don’t think I’ll do it again quite honestly. It was just a big piece of linen fabric that I could’ve gotten at a local fabric store
Unfortunately, Quite Incompetent
Sent them specific measurements for an oversized chair, they just sent a big, generic piece of fabric not tailored in any way for the chair. Upon requesting a return, they have just ignored me. Please avoid this seller.

i purchased a cover in january that finally arrived in march, the wrong color. after several attempts to contact the company via phone and email, i finally sent the cover via certified mail, signature required. now, nearing the end of june, i still have no refund and they say i am claiming it's the wrong size. terrible lack of communication. for example, an email, saying contact us tomorrow, we are closed.
Need another one soon!
