Actually - ZERO stars. DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A SCAM!!! I ordered a few items online and what came in was garbage. Literally thin fabric, looks more like a lining rather than a dress. I wish I had read reviews online first! They say you can return but this is not the case. They do not want you to return items. First they negotiate they will refund you $15 ( on a $180 order!!) then they stop responding. Will never order anything else from these websites based in China.

Do not order from this company if you would like to have the option of sending your package back. You can't. I contacted them multiple times because the quality of the items was terrible and I wanted to send them back, but they stopped responding and didn't let me make a return.

Made very poorly, cuts are terrible. An absolute waste of money and they don’t have a refund policy in place, meaning they take your money and deliver a very unwearable product. Do not buy!

DON'T PURCHASE. This is a con seller. I purchased 2 dresses. they told me one was unavailable and invite me to choose another one. I chose another one and then they told me that the first one wasn't available and shipped me imediately my second choice. I asked them for a refund for the first one and it's then I stopped having any answer from them ! I received one dress very poorly made probably from china

What I received has nothing to do with the photos. I never find anyone replyin my emails. poor quality in products. no quality in customer services. never evet purchase from this site. They hide all the comments on instagram page if they dont like them.

Trying to return items is impossible! they don't reply to emails and the website give minimal info on how to proceed.

Clothing is also very poor quality. Avoid.

Do not buy anything from this site they are a scam.

Could give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a dress and it looked nothing like the pictures, like one of those joke adveritsing articles. They offered me a refund but having to pay postage back to china! I said it wasnt fair to expect me to pay for return since the product was certainly miss advertised and it wasnt a matter of me changing my mind - the product they sold me wast what they advertised - they kept declining and ignoring my point. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM! Terrible experience. I wanted to check my order status after a week however I couldnt reach out to their website (I believe they blocked my IP address bc my friend from another state was able to open). I disputed the payment thorugh PayPal. They emailed me right away, could you please cancel the dispute. I said give me tracking number or order info, I have no clue where it is. They said we are about to ship it but you cancel first... ship what! after 10 days you are about to ship.... such liars. Thank you PAYPAL for disputing and refunding me although its my idiocity

Wish I’d done my research, absolute scam, do not order from here at all! They say my order had been delivered when it definitely hasn’t.
If I don’t receive a refund I know a lot of different people in the tech would that will get to the bottom of this.

They ignore emails about a refund refuse to give refunds they products are cheaper quality then shein and it’s a total money rip off. Immediately reported them to my bank

Awful. Clothes not like the pictures at all. Contacted them 3 times to return the clothes and not heard anything back. Do not order from them!!!!

It’s horrible experience. From 7 dresses I ordered only 5 arrived, all of the dresses was M sizes but all of them different sizes so there is no standard in sizes. All the pictures with size issue was taken and sent by email to customer service of company. I requested return and refund but it’s ignored, they sending emails to choose something for same price of item which not arrived instead, about another dress which not arrived they ignoring. 5 dresses with horrible sizes they don’t let me refund or return . How to report this company? It’s insane . I’ll keep writing until I’ll get my money back and as well will report

i dont wanna ramble on but stick to shein. at least when u receive something (beep) ur not disappointed cuz u didnt pay much for it.
i bought their "best sellers" and they are so bad i can't wear them. no way.
also .. it also took about a month to receive (ordered in 1 shot but delivery is in 2 so im actually still waiting for 2 more items)

The 2 piece top and skirt were extremely different to how they looked on the website. Very disappointed and still haven't got a reply re a refund.

Terrible - ordered their best seller dress and its so cheap in material quality + stitching, nothing like the pictures/videos on the site, and looks like a cheap halloween costume frankly. Other top I received arrived with damaged stitching. I haven't even bothered to contact thr company for a return since (as you can read below) it clearly is a scam.

I received my first purchase, I only purchased one item. It arrived and it was not worth the price and the quality was not good at all. I’ve tried emailing the company to return but they don’t respond. I will be disputing this with my bank and reporting this company.

2/4 of my items shipped and it has been 13 days. The 2 items received was (1) way too small and I am typically a small (2) the linen materials are so poorly made. Does not look anything like what you see on their website. Requested for refund and to also not ship the remainder of the items awaiting shipment as I do not want them due to the poor quality. I emailed their customer service right away, they replied back within 24 hours and apologized and wanted pictures. I emailed the pictures as requested, but 48 hours have gone by and have not seen a reply back from them. Poor Poor customer service. Fake company. their social media looks great but do not let that fool your eyes.

They do not have any customer service. I have not gotten a dress I ordered but they just don’t answer you and they delete comments on social. It is a fraud and fake store.

I didn’t want to give this site one star but was forced to in order to leave a review. Stay away from this website! Received a size M pants that can fit a hippo! Paid $25 and at first they offered me $3 refund and then $14! Still waiting over a week for an address to return one item! They suck!
