Nice looking machine, easy to assemble and really efficient in cleaning ash from our woodburning stoves. Good that they included UK adaptor. Quick delivery considering it came from Italy.

TERRIBLE SELLER AVOID

TERRIBLE SELLER AVOID

I bought a ride on lawn mower on the 15th July and delivery said 15 working days.

The item was dispatched on the 30th July but it still hasn't arrived (which I was told 3 to 5 days) and the tracking supplied hasn't updated apart from saying its departed.

Line on line have not replied to my emails for a week so I don't know whether my deliver is still coming.

This is a scam website

This is a scam website. You place an order, the item never arrives. You request a refund and they lie and tell you they have refunded it but they have not. I am in the process of filing a chargeback to receive my £500 back. Avoid this scammy website.

Ordered a table saw on the 28th of…

Ordered a table saw on the 28th of July, and still haven't received the item. Emailed them what happened to my order, the lady replied back saying there is a problem with the supplier. She said I can cancel my order if I don't want to wait. So replied back to cancel my order, and haven't received any email from them. So disappointed with this company.

Missing order

I ordered a lawnmower over a week ago , which was advertised with a delivery time of three to five days with tracking as of yet which is well over a week I still haven’t received my tracking number or any response to my Emails. I don’t mind a delay on delivery if there’s an issue but please let your customers know what’s going on

Your package has in fact been entrusted to the courier on time and we have also provided you with the tracking number.
Then, as the courier had problems with delivery, he asked us for your telephone number; in fact, you did not enter a valid one when you placed the order. We have sent you several emails (including one this morning) in which we requested them. Unfortunately we are still awaiting a response from you.
So I take this opportunity to ask you to give us feedback so that we can unlock the delivery of the package.

As for the socket, this is European since our company is based in Italy, as clearly indicated on our website.
Finally, our communications do not take place exclusively in Italian since the employees of our customer care various languages: in fact, the only time you contacted us to find out the traceability of your package, we answered you in English.
We try to make it easier for our customers when they ask us for assistance and I really hope that you will want to come back and shop on our site again to show you all our commitment to improve us.

Will I receive my purchase made a week ago? When? No one responds

I placed an order on 07/13 order No. 9000006108 ... today is 07/19 and I have not received it anymore, a link to track the package has not yet been sent. I got in touch 2 days ago, to request that I be informed what happens since the merchandise had stock. I get a response that says "The request (676403) has been updated"nothing is said about my questions, and the information in my user account is the same as when I made the purchase. A few moments ago I got in touch again and a message tells me that I have to wait 2 days because there are many requests and I have to be patient. The evaluation of the shopping experience is extremely low.

un message commercial trompeur, un service client en dessous de tout et un service de transport absolument non professionnel !

il est indiqué "livraison ultra rapide ».

quelques lignes plus bas il est indiqué en "courrier express" il faudra 5 jours. puis une ligne plus bas en "72 heures ouvrables par DHL ».

ce message est faux, car le transporteur est italien, il s’agit de BRT.

le code du tracking ne marche pas. il est en 12 digits alors que BRT demande du 22 digits

Aujourd'hui après plus de 3 semaines mon colis n’est toujours pas arrivé.

Le site e-commerce LinOnline est du grand n’importe quoi.

Extra tax taken without notice when order placed

Bought from UK site. And do not understand Italian, sorry. So do not know what they are asking for.
Safety trainers are ok. Although on the site it looks like they are with laces but in reality laces are kind of fake. Trainers are closed so if you have a high foot it could be quite tight for you (for me it was)
I bought it from UK site where it said VAT included. In reality they charged me extra tax which was not stated anywhere when I was actually placed the order. So kind of stealing more then 10% extra.
This is the reason for 2 stars.

All I asked for was a tracking number…

All I asked for was a tracking number and they cancelled my order and refunded without explanation.

Paid for 24 Hour delivery, nothing turned up. No order confirmation received by email. Published WhatsApp Number was ignored when I sent a message. Phone number only had an Italian message repeat twice and then disconnected the call.

Hence why I asked for a tracking number.

DO NOT USE

I ordered a pair of Ducati safety shoes for my partners birthday, they arrived and were the incorrect size.
I used the website's size conversion, however the shoes were too big (I ordered 9.5 and a 10 was received).
I've contacted the company back and have been told its my mistake, and even though their conversion is wrong on their website, its my mistake and I must pay for the return.
The customer service I have received is shocking,even though I have provided screen shots of the mistake on the website.
I've been told it's my problem, and no offer of help what so ever..

Import tax on any products

Probably the most important thing to note is that this is not a UK company. Their products ship from the EU. Post brexit, this means that you'll be hit with an import tax before the courier will deliver to you. Next, my experience :
I purchased a Ryobi bandsaw back in December, after waiting for a month with no news, i was told that the courier was not picking up or making deliveries due to covid and they had no idea when deliveries would resume. They offered me the option to cancel and get a refund. I replied to that email opting to cancel, but heard nothing back. I followed up a few days later to the same email. No response. I contacted them via their help function on the website, they claimed not to have received the email and that the product had shipped. I told them that delivery would not be accepted and that I expected a full refund as per the previous discussion. There was a bit of back and forth until they agreed to cancel. Onto the next issue, the courier had it. They refused to refund until the courier had returned the product,despite the fact that the product had never been delivered to me. It took several weeks and many, many, many requests for updates before the courier returned the package and I finally got my refund. The staff assisting were all very nice, polite and not very effective. If you're in the UK, don't touch these guys.

Buyer Beware

I purchased 2 items from these jokers, 1st was a disaster and resulted in a full refund. On the 2nd occasion i specifically asked if the item was in stock and could they deliver, after paying the money they decided they had not got the item and they could not deliver. "all that looks cheap is not always good" i will never use these tards again

Refused refund for wireless Einhell grinder

Bought a 130€ wireless Einhell grinder from them which doesn't work, sent them video evidence and this was there reply:

"if you do not wish to keep the product, you can send it back at your expenses. Once back, the product will be checked and , if not used, you'll receive the refund"

So basically I can't get a refund because I attempted to use the item.

UK website but sent from Italy with European plug

Very deceiving website being a .co.uk domain but actually items are sent from Italy. I’m not against buying from abroad but if you send a product with a European plug this should be mentioned on the product page. Nothing I can see about this and should be highlighted right at the top. Apart from this they sent the item quickly and the transaction was smooth.

Last resort...

This is my last resort in the hopes of getting some response from customer service. I wish i had read these reviews before placing an order here.
I like many others naively assumed that the .co.uk domain meant this was a UK company. I placed an order for a Stanley compressor, and after placing my order there was absolutely no communication from line online even though they say they will notify when an order has been shipped. I raised an email with them to cancel my order - after checking my account to see it had been shipped (???) And apparently delivered(???) So I thought I would be unable to cancel. I had been told that my order had been shipped but I can request a return from the courier (I was provided with a tracking number that didn't work) I have been tirelessly trying to get this order cancelled following the steps given to me. I asked for cancellation and that the order be returned to the warehouse. I requested this via the customer service email and also via the email (a different hotmail account) attached to the paypal. And it has been radio silence since then.
I am concerned that after my many efforts of cancelling this order before it leaves Italy and gets shipped to Ireland that you will still send it to me and I have to face returning this at my own expense.
The customer service is diabolical. I understand we're in unprecedented times but this is a needless added stress.

There was absolutely no communication between placing my order and me raising cancellation which I find astounding.

I'm sure this service is great in mainland Europe and Italy where they're based, but reaching out using whatsapp which is your primary communication on your site, is in Italian even though I accessed it through the UK site you run.

I'm disappointed and would not recommend solely based on customer experience and the poor service.

An update: A week later, despite being told that a cancellation request was put into the courier and that they will return the item to the warehouse, I have received an update that my order has been delivered to the UK. This is the most frustrating and stressful situation i have had as I'm out of close to 200E in the run up to Christmas, being told that my order has been cancelled and the courier will return to the warehouse, to find out it is still being delivered to me. 5 days after the cancellation request was confirmed, the order was shipped to England. The only response I have gotten from customer service is to not accept the delivery when it's delivered to me. I'm not sure how this will work because here in Ireland with the covid guidelines - I will not physically interact with the delivery service, they do not require you to sign for a package they just drop it off. I am beyond frustrated at this point.
