Nice looking machine, easy to assemble and really efficient in cleaning ash from our woodburning stoves. Good that they included UK adaptor. Quick delivery considering it came from Italy.

Still have not received my order it is…

Still have not received my order it is a week late the tracking number I was given is not valid so have no way of tracking my parcel I keep getting told it will turn up and the delivery company will contact me but still nothing

Recommendable site

Everything went perfect with the order. The site was easy to navigate and the prices were excellent. The article was at my door in Southern Spain from Italy in less than a week after the order was placed.

Appalling service

Item wrongly priced on UK website, trying to charge me more, hasn't been delivered yet, customer support sucks. I wish I had never tried to buy from this company.

I've had a nightmare with this company

I've had a nightmare with this company. After ordering I queried whether it would come with a UK or EU plug, and they responded "EU plug obviously". Well - no, not obviously, since I ordered an item off what appeared to be a UK site with a .co.uk domain name and there was no mention of it shipping from another country! Anyway, it arrived 2 weeks late and had been damaged either at the factory or during transit from Italy to the UK. They offered a 10% refund which was nowhere near going to cover the issues. I had 3 weeks of (very slow) back-and forth emails with them before they finally said they would arrange collection of my item with the caveat that they would "refund me only if it arrived back in the same condition they sent it" - impossible since it was damaged when I received it! I can only assume that this company don't insure their items and the game playing which ensued was an attempt to evade paying out themselves for it. Issue still ongoing.

Where is the customer service??

Received a Lavor 160 Jet wash and on installation the pipe burst. Not a great start but when I contacted customer support I got an unrelated response. Since then I have been met with silence, this is despite multiple mails. All I want is a functional product so will have to buy myself. Avoid this shambles of a company

I live in the UK, order stated when arrive on the 5th June. Order did arrive on the said date.
Karcher K3 very good price, originally boxed and security sealed, so opened with confidence.
Wasn’t sure where item was sent from, but once opened item had a EU plug but adapter enclosed so no problem. Great service

Will not buy.
Thanks for the reviews was going to purchase product, put it in basket but thought I would check them out, very pleased I did.They really do not sound like a company I would want to do business with, so thanks for the reviews.

Avoid at all cost!!

The description of products on their website is not accurate. I ordered a petrol garden blower/ vacuum that clearly stated it did both only to receive a product that was a blower only!! Their customer services are a waste of time and I would have to pay to ship the item back to Italy which would cost half as much as the item cost. They use a .co.uk website but are based in Italy with no actual business bases in the UK.
Avoid at all cost!!!

Sorry I can't speak or read Italian but I assume that this is the comments section.
I received my k3 pressure washer within a few days of ordering it (as well as the extra hose attachments). I haven't used it yet but it's all good.

Very happy English customer living in Scotland - thank you

My stanley pressure washer I just bought in Scotland at Screwfix broke. Screwfix are not doing returns or refunds until after covid 19 crisis. I really needed my Stanley pressure washer to finish a job and looked for another Stanley pressure washer in the UK and could not purchase one at a similar price, they were all overpriced. I then found this website further down my google search selling them at a decent price and the website had a paypal option which I opted to pay with for protection as didn't know the site at all and there are lots of scam websites out there. I actually didn't realise that this website is in Italy even the tough the website is .IT. The website was in English for me so my eyes just read it as 'Lineonlineit'. I only realised when I got two order confirmation emails, one in English and one in Italian. The delivery info is attractive as it is not expensive and could be delivered in one week. The delivery was a couple of days late arriving past the due date but before the due date I received an email in italian with a letter attached in English explaining that due to the covid 19 crisis some items were slower coming from their suppliers and to advise me my delivery may arrive a few days past due date and as an apology a 5% off voucher code was gifted to me. My delivery arrived 2 or 3 days past delivery due date. I appreciated the communication and the voucher and my Stanley pressure washer at a good price. Cheers!
