Denimio has been excellent with product availability, the only direct from Japan retailer to have 2 different jackets in my size. Customer service has also been top notch, helping me coordinate my code for initial discount purchase and getting a points bonus after the offer was over. All around my top retailer for the brands they carry.

Denimio could be easily considered a Godsend service, certainly for a newcomer to Japanese selvedge denim like myself. I have to confess, I'm sold, seduced and seriously hooked to this latest hobby, which brings so much joy to every day wear of clothes made with so much dedication, incredible craftsmanship and dare I say with love (I can certainly feel it). And it is Denimio's customer service guidance and experience that makes this adventure into enigmatic, bizarre, at times mind bending Japanese denim universe, an easy and enjoyable experience. Thank you, from across the Globe! I'm already eyeing my next (which would be actually my ninth) item.

Denimio is "THE" destination for Japanese selvedge denim. And Lingble ensures that every time I shop, the experience is out of the world! They are excellent with their product knowledge, guide you at every step of the shopping process, offer suggestions and ensure that I buy the right product that suits my taste and most importantly the right size. Denimio is a really great store to shop from. It’s as close as you’ll get to shopping in a physical store. They offered actual measurements of my individual pair of jeans. The only drawback was that the first pair of jeans looked too small from measurements and it took a while to send out another pair with the right measurements. But they got everything right and thats what matters in the end!

I have made two purchases of Japanese jeans on denimio.com now and both times have been a great experience. The staff is friendly when asking for assistance and they reply within 24 hours, even though I live 13 hours time difference from them. When I inquire about sizing measurements they will assist and provide them to ensure you get a proper fit. Pricing is very competitive and shipping is really fast. I have no complaints with Denimio.
